Perfect little cabin in the center of Bolton Landing. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, and lake. Cabin was clean and well stocked with essentials. The large deck with table and chairs was the perfect spot to unwind after aong day exploring the area. We will definitely book here again on our next visit to Lake George.

Great property, located in the heart of town...easy walk to pretty much everything you need to get to. Also close to other smaller cottages, so if you go as a group, you have a lot of options to stay close together. The cottage was nice, clean, had everything we needed.Only thing I will note for future travelers is the bathrooms are small. I am 6 ft, 185 lbs and found the bathroom small, so if you are a larger person in any sense of the word, be aware of that. Host gave very clear and complete instructions for our stay, clearly thought a lot through...however didn't answer two messages I sent...I can only imagine he didn't get them. If you are traveling to and from the Sagamore resort for an occasion that includes alcohol, make sure you plan your ride back and forth...no real Ubers and the shuttle trolley isn't reliable...not a knock on this property, just a heads up for future guests.I would absolutely stay here again, it was clean, comfortable and convenient. The town is very quaint, clean and full of fun things to do.

The cabin was in a wonderful location. Within walking distance to most restaurants and shops in Bolton Landing. It was very clean, cute and cozy. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area!

Adorable cabin for two! No common area aside from the kitchen and the deck. Good location with easy parking. Kind of difficult to find when we first arrived because it isn’t visible from the road but it is the cabin immediately behind the Deli. Clean and comfy. Showers ARE stocked with shampoo even though the host will message you and say that you have to bring your own. Overall good deal if you don’t plan on spending much time in your rental. Not suitable for more than two people or two adults and one kid. Tight quarters with tiny bathrooms so don’t expect elbow room. I would NOT suggest this for anyone over 6 feet tall. Some of the blinds are falling apart but I think the maintenance staff just needs to fix them… Host lives in Washington state and communication was pretty nonexistent. I messaged to see if we could check in early and never got a response from the host or the “emergency contact”. Had a nice stay and it was good for last minute booking. Bolton Landing is very walkable and cute.

Excellent VRBO in Bolton Landing, NY

Fern was an excellent host. Her home was clean, very convenient to downtown, and well stocked with amenities. We had an excellent time, and would definitely rent from Fern again.

Long Weekend To Attend Sembrich Concert

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. It was great having two bathrooms and a full kitchen. The convenience of being able to walk to everything in Bolton Landing is a plus.

Small but very clean.

The property was very clean and was great location to town! Having two bathrooms was very convenient, but not having a living room would make it tough to have more than two of us there. There was confusion when the management company sent information that was different than the listing. I heard back from the host with correct details, but would be good to have management company on same page with host. Overall we enjoyed the stay!

Bolton Landing Base Camp

My spouse and I were looking for a convenient base camp from which to explore the Lake George area. This property fit the bill! The house was small but well-stocked, with a full kitchen separating two bedrooms and bathrooms. Walkable neighborhood with local shops, restaurants, brewery, deli, laundry, and ice cream made this a perfect choice. If you enjoy sunrises, the park and beach across the street were a 2-minute stroll. Tennis and pickleball courts were also conveniently located behind the visitors center. Lake George Village was a 20-minute drive and had lots to offer in mid-September. Our host, Fern, was responsive to questions via email and was also available by phone if needed. All in all, I would definitely recommend this tidy cottage to anyone looking for either a week-long or long weekend getaway.

Clean, comfortable, and in the middle of everything. Don’t be put off by it being two bedrooms and just a kitchen. The big deck with chairs and a table more than made up for it! Who wants to be inside anyway!

Long weekend getaway at Lake George

My husband and our two friends stayed at this property for a long weekend escape outside the city. The location was great, near the start of Bolton's landing which is a lovely town, nice stores & boutiques, good restaurants and plenty to see and activities to do. Everything is in walking distance of the cabin and although it is not far off the Main Street the property is very quiet. The cabin its self was very clean with a nice deck to sit on. A few caveats, we assumed there was a living area or common area besides the kitchen, but there is not. If the weather is not great, the only place outside the bedrooms to hang out is at the kitchen table. The cabin was not well stocked, there was no detergent for the dishwasher and no K-cups for the coffee maker. Also the listing notes gas grill, but it was a charcoal grill, but no coals were provided. We went out and purchased a bag of coals and left the remaining coals for the next visitors. Other than those call outs, our weekend was very enjoyable.

Cottage in Bolton Landing

This cottage is adorable and incredibly clean! But there is no real living room. Just a central kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It’s right in the center of town, close to restaurants and shopping, and across the street from the public beach. Extremely convenient.
