Location, Location, Location! Renovated 4 season family home 100 yards from all the shops, restaurants and charm Bolton has to offer.

Extended Fall/ Winter/Spring rentals are available as well.

A quick walk to the beach, craft fairs, shops, and restaurants/bars for some live entertainment.
Home features four bedrooms that can sleep 10 comfortably. A large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and dishwasher. The private yard includes a wood burning fire pit(fire wood available at the local grocery store) surrounded by comfortable Adirondack chairs, perfect for sipping wine and roasting marshmallows. Laundry room with washer/dryer and a second refrigerator. All amenities including A/C, cable TV, gaming system, propane grill(propane available at the local grocery store) and high-speed wireless internet access.

Bolton is a quaint lakeside Village. From our place it is an easy stroll to the library, restaurants, shops, museum, tennis and basketball courts. Such a fun, casual town that offers free music and free movies in the park. Swimming and tennis lessons, arts and crafts and sports camps available all summer long. Great hiking, kayaking, water sports, fishing and all summer activities as well as skiing and winter activities.

Our favorite Bolton house

The renovations very well done, it's always clean, and so fully equipped that it's hard to think what we would need to bring with us. Very close to shops and beaches in Bolton Landing, and good neighbors as well. We hope there's room for us every year..

Just perfect

Our family wanted a fun Fourth of July vacation. This lovely home is walking distance to so many great shops and restaurants. We were easily able to walk to see the fireworks. There are so many options for activities! The house itself was clean, well stocked for cooking and had very comfortable sleeping options. We plan to return!

Amazing rental house steps away from everything Bolton’s Landing has to offer! We loved the outdoor fire pit and the ease of being able to walk to shops, restaurants, and the Sagamore grounds. Great house to stay at with our 1 year old!

We stayed here for a friends wedding and it was the perfect location! Right off downtown and lots of beds! Only downside is 1 shower for the whole house but overall would come back! x

Perfect place in Bolton Landing

The house was perfect for us. We had plenty of room and the rooms were spacious and the furniture comfortable. The location was also good for us. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen was very well equipped.

What a wonderful Home. Great location, clean, comfortable. Everything you could possibly need. Our family really enjoyed our time in Bolton Landing. Everything was in walking distance, stores, lake, supermarket, restaurants. The home was very clean and fully stocked with all the basics and more. The owners were incredible, very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Would absolutely go back again.

Awesome home with everything you need for young kids to adults. Right in the heart of Bolton and easy walks to lake, restaurants, and shops. We all enjoyed some quality family time. Thank you for opening your home, it made our wedding week perfect!

We had such a great time! Great piece of property just a few steps from the town. Only a 10 minute drive into the town of lake George. There was so much to do. The home was spectacular had such an at home feel. The back fire pit area was such an added plus, very pretty set up. If I come back next year I would definitely rent the same place. Fabulous location

The location of this property was absolutely perfect for what we needed for our stay. A 2 minute walk to our favorite shops and restaurants in Bolton Landing and to the Rogers Park public docks where we could pick up our friends for a day out on the lake on our boat. It was neat and clean and had a very cute backyard area. The washer and dryer and cooler left for renters use were all wonderful amenities. We will definitely rent again in the future!

Clean, comfortable, very cute. We would've liked more towels since we were 12 people and only found 10 available, but other than that, everything was great! Location was perfect, easy to fund, and no issues checking in and out. Recommended!

Great Fit for Us

The house was neat and clean and provided all the necessities to support our Thanksgiving stay. My wife & I went there to meet our son, his wife and their 2 sons under 3. Easy walk into the village (~half a block) & beach. Across the street from the Catholic church. A great time was had by all.
