Hello, we are new to VRBO! Beautiful open layout - 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home, that includes two master bedrooms, & topping it off with your own private pool! Jetted bathtubs, Heated PoolSpa in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood, conveniently located. Youā€™re just a 15 min drive to all Disney Parks! Close to all the action, but far enough to enjoy a nice quiet evening by the pool.

You also have access to the community center, which has a 24 hour gym & a neighborhood pool. Large common space for family fun!

The kitchen was okay this property is spacious and has 4 baths but itā€™s old and needs to updated. Carpet has stains all over. The sofa is old and uncomfortable. The bathrooms are okay but we experienced plumbing issues. We also experienced problems locking the door and the battery went out on the keypad. It really interfered with our stay. Because we had only 1 key since the keypad stopped working. We all had to come and go at the same time to ensure access to the property. Cigarettes burn in the table dents in the floor . . Overall nothing compared to the beautiful home we had in Sarasota . But know the price was lower so itā€™s okay . I would not stay there again.

The property is well laid out but a little tired looking. The house is for sale so Iā€™m not sure itā€™s getting adequate Care at the moment. The pool and hot tub heat did not work properly so we could not use them. LED lights in the main bathroom and kitchen were flickering so we couldnā€™t use the lightsMost owners that weā€™ve rented from the past would leave things like a couple small boxes of laundry soap or a couple pods for the dishwasher. If youā€™re planning to stay at this property, make sure you bring your own. Thereā€™s no soap of any kind except for hand soap in the bathrooms.

Pool was green when got there, contacted host he got someone there the next day to take care of it. Dishes were greasy so we rewashed them before using, had less thena quarter of dish soap and 1 garbage bag that didnt even fit the garbage can. The place was nice.

Poor communication

Property manager was very hard to get a hold of, did not answer the phone not one time the whole time of my stay. Once actually inside the property we realized that the door on one of the showers was broken so we could not take a shower in that bathroom, the pool was green and had algae growing on the stairs and there was a big brown stain on one of the master bedrooms beds. I tried to contact the property manager several times with no response until the evening of my second day there when I had to actually contact VRBO and they were also unsuccessful at contacting him. I submitted pictures and asked to either be moved or refunded so that I could enjoy the amenities that I actually paid for and the property manager texted me back and told me that he felt like I just wanted a free stay.

Great place to stay

We arrived early and were able to check in early. Very short ride to all of the attractions. Better than hotel rate in a beautiful home. We were able to relax in a quiet setting after a hectic day and make a home cooked meal. Was surprised on how close it was to the parks. 20 minute drive to any park. Highly recommend this home for families to stay.

We had a great time lots of fun in the pool. Its a nice area with lots of restaurants and close to all the attractions. The house was perfect nice size for 8 people. Sal was a great host took care of any issue we had in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this house.

Started slow when I booked the house I emailed the owner to tell him I wanted the pool heated the response took a week to get back to me. Then about 4 days before I was supposed to go to the house I emailed him to se if we can get in early I never heard from him till the day of the rental. Tried to get ahold of by texting,email and phone finally after 2 hours he contacted me.The pool was not heated he told me that day.I looked at other reviews he has done that before.the house was clean but extremly outdated.

Kitchen was reasonably appointed with pots, pans, dishes, glasses. Living space was clean, spacious and bedrooms were decorated nicely. Lania/pool area definitely not as pictured. Did not use and pool was green. Communication with owner was not great. Trash can was entirely full from previous renters when we put the trash out the night before collection day, so we had no room to add ours. Recycling was expected but there was not a bin in house for collection. There are no usual amenities in this house like extra paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, dishwasher detergent, soap, shampoo, etc. We had to purchase all of those for our short stay. Towels were very old and looked grungy. This house served our purposes for a family wedding in the area, but was definitely not our favorite stay overall.

OK...Could use some help

My husband and I spent 26 days at this property. Upon arrival we found somewhat clean, but could benefit from a thorough deep clean. The kitchen is pretty well stocked, but only 5 spoons..maybe restock? The house did have bath towels, but very used/worn... and only 5 washcloths... again, maybe restock. The house showed large patio doors that open to the pool area, however, locked and unable to use. Not an issue, we accessed thru standard door to that area, however, appears in listing as accessible. In the course of our stay, we found a vacuum that did not work, lightbulbs in kitchen and bath burned out, and a pool issue.... however these were addressed right away by owner. The day before we left, the garbage disposal started to leak... I assume owner fixed after we left. The neighborhood and location is great. Very well maintained and safe. We will visit this area and stay in this neighborhood again, however not at this property. The owner could benefit its renters by doing preventive maintenance, updates, and cleaning.

Quick stay- just okay

We only stayed at the property fri-Sun. For the cost, it was reasonable. Beds were clean as was the bathroom. Please note the house is very dated and lacks upkeep. Pool deck needs to be power washed and cleaned. The picture of the chairs on the pool deck are not accurate. Only two lounge chairs and the wooden table with two chairs. Missing the additional two that are shown in the picture on listing. We ran into an issue with the sink backing up and they found it was a broken garbage disposal. Manager receptive and got it fixed by late afternoon. No toilet paper provided (listing says toilet paper provided) except the remaining of what was left on the current rolls in the bathroom. Overall, the manager was very kind and receptive. The property has potential, but I would not stay here again in its current state.

12 weeks in the sun

Booked a get away from the cold weather in Canada Love going to Florida each winter. Had a great spot. Easy to bike ride anywhere. Weather was lovely. A pool and hot tub, unfortunately do to a filter issue we did not have the use of them until after the 5th day. The host was GREAT at communicating with us and helped as much as possible. After getting the pool guy there all was fine. Was hoping for a discount on the first 5 days as the pool/spa cost 30 a day and we could not use them, I asked but did not get a reply. It doesn't help that he no longer lists with VRBO so there is no way of contacting him. But we had relaxing days SITTING by the pool soaking up some sun and seeing the sights...

Great House!

We had a great stay at Salā€™s property! We had a little issue with the keypad getting in the house, but Sal was right on top of it and had us in the door in minutes! The house was extremely clean, super quiet neighborhood and really felt homey,, which most of the places we rent in Florida do not. We had a nice relaxing stay! The pool heat never got to temp, so it was still too cold for us, but I spoke to Sal many times and he even reached out a week after we left! On his end it was showing everything worked properly with the heater, but he said he was going to have it manually checked to make sure. All in all it was a great getaway! We only wished we could have used the pool! Weā€™d definitely rent from Sal again!

First family trip to Disney

We were very pleased with our stay here! No complaints. Very spacious, clean and just what we needed. Location was great just a 30 minute drive to the parks.
