Nestled in a peaceful & safe neighborhood in Pace, Florida, your home away from home is just minutes from water access to Black Water River as well as the city of Pensacola. It is close to restaurants, shops, UWF, Whiting Naval, & Pace High School. Pensacola Beach is 20 miles away. Navarre Beach is 30 miles away. Our #1 priority is to make this experience comfortable, pleasurable, & memorable for you! We have a full kitchen, screened in patio, bonfire pit, free parking, & free Wi-Fi.

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home has an extremely comfortable king bed & 2 queen beds. There is plenty of space to bring a blow up mattress as well.

**FRESHLY RENOVATED BATHROOMS & FLOORS**

Pets are allowed, but must be discussed with hosts prior to booking. $50 pet fee must be paid for and pet must be trained. You will be responsible for any damages from pet.

If you come around the right time of the year, you can help yourself to the peaches from our peach tree in the backyard (usually around May)!

We do have a charcoal grill for your use! You will need charcoal & lighter fluid. Please do not use grill inside of patio. Bring grill outside so it won’t burn patio ceiling. Also, please clean up & cover after use!
