This property was perfect for our family getaway to visit our family nearby. It is so relaxing and peaceful to be able to just sit and fish from the dock or sit onthe back porch. Very homey and comfortable space for a family to visit. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the owners for providing such a welcoming environment also!

Duplex was nice, clean, and simple. They offer kayaks with vest and paddle. We brought our own boat so did not use them. Only issue was tenants on other side of duplex left trash on dock and water, furthermore they got on my boat a few times at night to fish off it - rather than the dock- didnā€™t ask - which was a serious problem. Otherwise, visit was pleasant.

5th year staying at this property!

This was our 5th year staying here and this was by far the best yet! Very peaceful and relaxing trip. Caught a few fish and had a wonderful time. Already looking forward to next year staying here!

Super spacious great location

I have stayed at this property multiple times and it does not disappoint. It is very spacious and has a ton of amenities. Very convenience to Pensacola and Navarre Beaches. Lots of places to dine and shopping nearby. Love that it is pet friendly!!! Having an in-unit washer and dryer is a huge plus. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed here for 3 days and the property is absolutely great! Beautiful, clean, awesome views and deck..I called to find out about check in and the owner Called me immediately and was so kind and sweet! Charming duplex with fantastic location

Bright and airy duplex with spacious bedrooms and loads of storage space. Easy access to Milton, Pensacola and Avalon Beach. Great yard for dogs to stretch their legs. Loads of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Shopping and restaurants very close by and convenient.

This property is a treasure that others will enjoy!!

This property is absolutely AMAZING and PERFECT!! It was VERY spacious and GREAT VIBES!! My son, his girlfriend, and my 4 year old granddaughter came over to visit and they didn't want to leave either! This is a very relaxing and quiet area. The amenities were GREAT! The small putting green on the deck is a great twist! The availability of a washer and dryer was awesome.. The kitchen was perfect (especially for my girlfriend and my 4 yr old granddaughter to make homemade pizzas together). everything was completely spotless! This property felt like home away from home. I would DEFINITELY rent this location again! As a photographer, this is a great location!! THANK YOU SO MUCH to Krystal and her husband!!!

Soccer tournament, a lil fishing and some beach time

Perfect little spot that is not far from the beachā€¦. The home was perfect for our family of 4. Krystal was quick with any questions we had. The location was awesome with a cute dock with water access and crabs. Husband wished he had brought his boat but maybe next time ;)

This place was great. We had plenty of room, it was in a great location and the house was very clean and stocked with everything you would need. I highly suggest staying here. The owner was very responsive, but also respected our privacy.

Hi! My name is Krystal. I am a mother of 4 and RN for Hospice. My husband Jake is a Landscaper. Welcome to our little home in Milton Florida. Just outside of Pensacola. This is a quite community in the pines. Located two blocks from Escambia Bay on a waterfront canal to the bay. You can park your boat and fish off the dock in back. We love to travel all over the US. We have a large family of 6 and love to travel with other family members. The main reason we created a vacation rental was because we love staying in uniques spaces. Since we have a large family we love the idea of having a home (and the twin next door) that we can rent out to large families. It is more economic for multifamily members than a hotel. And you are able to cook meals (save money) and share space. Its more comfortable than a hotel and you have the unique experience of staying with family in one home enjoying the environment of new areas.

We fell in love with the property next door because of the safe, peaceful location. It's in the pine trees. It feels secluded yet just 2-4 miles away there are lots of stores and restaurants. Only a 25 minute drive to the beach over amazing bridges. And there is a boat dock out back that we catch crabs and fish off of. We also love to Kayak down the canal in the evening or morning. So when the owner of the unit next door (this house ) offered us the property we didn't hesitate. We made the next door unit a beach/fishing vibe. This unit we did a retro vibe with a coffee bar that we LOVE. We can fit our entire family of 6 easily. Save money and eat healthier by cooking food in our kitchen.

We had so much fun decorating this property. We love the retro look. I created a coffee bar because we love coffee houses and wanted a little fun space to enjoy a book or magazine while enjoying coffee, tea or wine!!
