On the morning of check-in, you will receive your own personal access code for the property to use throughout your stay. This code will only work from your reservation check-in time through your reservation check-out time.

Grab your friends to cruise around the lake with Lake Wylie Boat Rentals for a relaxing day out on the water. Or, explore the lake yourself by kayak. Just 2 miles away is Allison Creek Park (2499 Viesta Rd), a 160 acre park with a variety of recreational activities.
Uber and Lyft are great options if you do not have your own vehicle, or pop over to Allison Creek Park to travel by water! Allison Creek Park is located at 2499 Viesta Rd.

Exterior security cameras present: We have one exterior doorbell camera, one at the driveway, one at the rear deck, one at the swimming pool, and one outside the basement door/hot tub. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.
Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner`s availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.
***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy***
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**
**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement.
