Double-level dock features sun loungers, picnic table, and space for a boat! We have partnered with a premier boat rental company to provide the best rates if you would like to rent a boat.

This home is perfect for every season! Spring brings the lovely blooms of the many trees and flowers on the property! Visit in the summer when the weather is perfect for fabulous lake activities! The stunning array of colors in autumn is legendary. With the absence of leaves on the trees, winter offers broader views and peaceful serenity.

We are very close to the Charlotte airport (15 minutes), US National Whitewater Center (15 minutes) and Charlotte Premium Outlets (5 minutes) as well as Harris Teeter Grocery, and many restaurants and shops (5 minutes).
