Experience a luxurious beach vacation with over 2300 hundred square feet of gorgeous living space and an expansive balcony overlooking the pool, beach and the gorgeous Florida Gulf sunset.
The Kitchen is stocked with essential cookware. You can enjoy dining in the dining room or on the balcony with gorgeous sunsets.

Family 4th Getaway

Wonderful location for the 5 of us to get away. Amazing beach access and walking distance to Holmes Beach area shopping and dining. Accommodations were spacious, nicely appointed, and very comfortable. Everything needed for a great family vacation.

Everything was good with the property but the elevator was broken. That created problems for us. I received a partial refund so that was acceptable. We had an issue with the AC and the owner had an AC guy come out the next day.

Perfect spot on AMI

I have stayed at several locations on the Gulf, and this property was by far the best we've stayed in. The unit was clean, had everything you might need, a gorgeous view, and great location. Wonderful pool as well!

Small private complex with stunning views, steps from the beach.

We've been staying at this complex for a number of years. I am writing an updated review post hurricane to address the concern from travelers about the condition of the island. I can assure it Holmes beach is the same slice of heaven it has always been. This unit wasn't damaged, it remains a beautiful spacious unit with breathtaking ocean views. This unit has always been very clean, very well maintained and very well appointed. The owner is very responsive. Any of the cosmetic exterior damage from the storm has been repaired. For the most part it is hard to tell a hurricane hit this area, the islanders have been hard at work and are eager to get back to normal.

Milestone birthday getaway

This property is amazing! The view and beach access are incredible and the owners were very responsive. The condo is beautifully appointed and it was impossible not to relax. This was definitely a wonderful choice and I can’t wait to stay again!!!

Great condo on the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and kitchen had everything we needed. David responded very quickly to all questions we had while we were there. Thanks for letting us stay!

Gorgeous view

The unit was extremely clean and very cozy. The views were amazing. Unfortunately, the weather was very windy for 3 days making it difficult to use the beach. I was somewhat disappointed in Anna Maria (the town). I expected more small shops and restaurants. But if you are visiting for the beach and the rest, this unit is perfect.

Owners are no Rookies

This large 3 bedroom will exceed all your expectations. None of the usual not enough towels, cookware or supplies. Surprises were beach towels and sand toys for the grands! The view is spectacular, overall property well maintained and in particular this unit is fresh and not warn down. Book with excitement that will not be disappointed!

Right on the beach!

We spent 2 weeks at La Plage (January 13-27) and enjoyed the condo very much. It was clean, the beds, sofas and balcony lounge chairs were very comfortable. The kitchen included all the cookware necessary to prepare meals. We had breakfast almost every morning and admired the sunsets on the large balcony. The swimming pool was very warm. We enjoyed long walks on the beach and visits to the local restaurants. We have stayed several times on Anna Maria and this is our favorite condo. We hope to be able to stay at La Plage again!

Location location location

This is our 2nd year in this condo and we love it, can’t wait for next year! The kitchen has all the necessities and every year we try to add a few more! Perfect spot to watch the sunset!

Thanksgiving stay

Condo is a very roomy 3 bedroom with a great location on the beach. Had some hiccups getting the correct gate code when we arrived. However, once I made contact with the property manager she was quick to respond to anything else during our stay and easily accommodated a late checkout on our last day. Would love to return to AMI and would definitely consider this unit again.

Perfect location, wonderful ocean views!

We’ve been staying here for years!! The perfect location with easy access to the beach. Safe gated condo unit. 2 parking spaces right below the unit in a garage. I love that it is a smaller condo development, less people don’t have to fight to get a chair by the pool. Beautiful views of the ocean from this unit. The owner responds quickly to any questions and has been wonderful to us over the years:)

Great family condo

We just returned from our stay on Anna Maria Island, and we had a wonderful experience. We are 3 adults and 2 teens, and have stayed at several really nice places up and down AMI, and this one did not disappoint. The condo was clean, the furniture and appliances in great condition, and the beds slept well. The location and beach view are fantastic, and just a 12 minute walk to many restaurants and shops. We hope to return on a future visit. Thanks David for opening your home to us, and thank you Charles for your kind and prompt responses to our requests and questions.

Yearly get together

My highschool friends and I - we are in our 70’s now-have stayed here 3 years already and love this condo. It is bright, open and has a great location. One of our favorite places to return to each year.

Great get-away from winter

Great location with beautiful views of the sunsets. The kitchen was well equipped. We ate in most nights and were disappointed there wasn't a grill onsite. The property listing had a grill listed in the amenities and the rental contract mentioned a grill. Made a couple of phone calls while we were there to the number left for us and did not get a return call. But overall the unit was a great place to stay. The host was very accommodating with scheduling issues that occurred after booking, which was very much appreciated.

Beautiful condo right on the beach!

We rented La Plage 10 for 2 weeks in December. It certainly is an elegant property furnished with comfortable beds, sofa and chairs and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed breakfast and cocktails on the large balcony overlooking the beach every day. What wonderful views! We were amazed by the size of the shower in the master bedroom: large enough for a whole family! The condo is in a perfect location, close to restaurants. The owner responded to our requests promptly. However, a few things disappointed us: the balcony table had not been cleaned before our arrival and was dirty. There were no beach chairs available. After paying over $ 7,000.00 for 2 weeks (with all fees and taxes included) we did not think we should have to go rent chairs. After all, they only cost $22.00 at the supermarket. We could only find 2 matching wine glasses (most of them were of odd sizes). We missed having a dish drainer and dish soap and did not want to use the dishwasher every day. The swimming pool was wonderful although the water was a little too warm. It would have been convenient to have bathrooms outside instead of running back upstairs dripping wet! All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and hope to go back next winter.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our time at this property. Great view of the beach, convenient parking, spacious living areas and the most comfortable sofas! We had some issues with the shower and ice maker that couldn’t be completely fixed but they were very responsive. Would stay again.

Location location location

Enjoyed a week at LaPlage and the views are perfect. Balcony overlooking the pool and the beach was absolutely perfect. We did have a couple of issues with air and stovetop but the management company was quick to respond and took care of us. Stayed with 5 of my friends for 50th bday vacay and loved it! Not within walking distance to much but the pool and the beach was why we were there! So Enjoyed our stay!

Excellent Week at the Beach

Property is very convenient with designated garage parking right by stairs going to private deck and also to the elevator. Very spacious and beautiful unit with need for some refreshing/updating. Specifically, the dishwasher was a challenge to get it to run. The kitchen is equipped with a strange assortment of stuff but lacking some basic cookware and utensils. The cleaning service could also be more thorough as we noticed dirty floors when we first had access to unit. All that said, what a great and convenient place to stay given the proximity to the beach, pool, and parking. An amazing property that just needs a little tender loving care.

We chose Anna Maria Island for our dream home location because of the quiet, clean, gorgeous beaches and the distinct 'Old Key West' feel this Island evokes. It has many charming and eclectic shops and restaurants, a gorgeous pier and antique district. The people are warm and friendly and there are no large commercial hotels or buildings of any kind. Separated from the main land by a draw bridge, Anna Maria Island is just minutes from everything but truly a world away.
