We loved our stay here! The unit was huge, so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other, especially given that we had babies with us. It was incredibly clean and well-stocked, and the induction stovetop was a nice touch. It only took about 45 seconds to get from our door to the beach, which was wide, flat, and never too crowded.

Beautiful property, right on the beach, with a fantastic view. Very clean. Parking garage was a nice perk. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place

Anna Maria Island to s a great place, Holmes Beach is amazing and Casa Costiera ia a gem located at the beach with direct and easy access to the Gulf. We had a great time. The home is comfortable, well appointed, tastefully decorated, and has everything you need to enjoy a few days by the beach.

Beautiful View!

Our vacation to this property was amazing! The spacious condo and beautiful views made it a great experience. The pool was clean and it was so close to the beach. We also appreciated all of the beach supplies in the garage closet. We’ll be back!

Walk into paradise

The house is amazing. Well equipped. The layout is perfect for a family of 6. The beach - it's literally right there 30 second walk and you're touching sand. The pool is amazing. Homerun for sure - without a doubt a repeat for myself and family.

Perfect location for our family

As soon as we opened the door to the property we were blown away. Amazing views of the beach and gulf greeted us as we made our way through the living room to the balcony. The kitchen met all our needs and we were highly impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. Beach equipment we utilized included four chairs and a beach umbrella, which were all in good condition. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this beautiful property again in the future.

Great Property

The property was very nice and the listing was accurate. Great neighborhood and easy access to the beach. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because of the beach equipment, most of it was unusable or falling apart. For the price of this property it should have usable high quality equipment.

Very nice property with great location

I had a fantastic experience with my family. We had 3 adults and 3 children (aged 11, 9, and 5). Pool was very nice and clean. The beach was very accessible and the beach amenities provided were extremely nice. The only opportunities for improvement were that the elevator broke on Wednesday of our stay (which carrying the family bags from the 3rd floor was rough), there was no soap provided, and the key lock was difficult and inconvenient to use. Beautiful property and phenomenal location.

Thank you for your feedback and we are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. Missing soaps were provided the very next morning after arrival, our apologies again for the oversight by cleaners. The malfunction of the condominium building's elevator was unfortunately outside of our control. Condominium management resolved the issue with an elevator company as quickly as possibly, but we would have been more than happy to assist with carrying luggage downstairs of course. Due to condominium association rules and regulations we are unfortunately not allowed to install an electronic front door lock for our guest's convenience of entry, but rather only a wall mounted lockbox for the key.

Nice condo on the beach!

The condo was just as the photos showed, and clean. Its a great view and we enjoyed coffee on the patio in the mornings. We liked the open feel and modern decor. Just steps to the beach and the chairs and umbrellas provided were nice and in great condition. Nice parking in the shade as well. We had our 80 year old mom with us, so the elevator being out and not being told was not only hard for her, but taking suitcases up 3 stories was not easy and not as advertised. One suggestion; A real ironing board would be nice to have in a closet and set up in a larger space. The ironing board set up in the laundry is a cluster and very difficult to use. Nice place over all!

Beautiful and clean

This unit was beautiful and clean. Well appointed. We had an air conditioning issue that was fixed right away, which was awesome! The only negatives were that the mattress in the master needs to be replaced, and we didn't know until the day before arrival that we wouldn't have access to our assigned spot in the garage as advertised. We arrived very late, and after unloading, my husband had to drive around to find a public parking spot, and we incurred a $75 parking ticket for the smallest of infractions. The whole week we had to park a couple of blocks away.

Beautiful view and great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at La Casa! The view was beautiful, the unit was nicely decorated and clean and we were close to everything we needed. We loved hanging out on the porch in the morning and evenings watching the sunset. It was an easy/quick walk to the beach and the beach was beautiful. It was a very quiet unit and we didn't hear the neighbors even though it was spring break. A few things to note - some of the kitchen supplies were worn/old (measuring cups, cutting boards) and for the quality of the unit. There are windows above the bedroom doors so if you have kids who nap during the day it will be bright in the rooms. The elevator didn't work while we were there and when we asked the owner when it would be fixed, they said it hadn't worked in many months. We felt we should have been told or it should have been noted on the property description that there is not a working elevator - not just that sometimes it doesn't work. They were there working on it though so it might be working now. We were told to wash the towels before leaving which was something we've never had to do - it made us wonder if the towels were washed by the previous renters which we felt should be replaced by the cleaner to ensure they're properly sanitized. The master bathroom has block windows that look out to the neighbor's door and they can see in when you are bathing - it's obscured but you can still see. It was a little weird to be bathing and have people walk out the neighbor's door.

We only ask guests to wash beach towels, as we provide close to a dozen and kindly ask to start a load of bath towels for our cleaning staff before departure.

Zero complaints! This property was gorgeous and comfortable for our two families to enjoy vacation together. You can’t beat the views or the direct beachfront access. Kids loved the pool! This is our second time staying at this condo complex, first time in this unit. A gem for sure! If checking in on a Saturday, avoid the crowds at Publix. This time around we utilized a grocery shopping service to deliver to us after we checked in - ordered the basic necessities and just enough food for us to get to Monday when the crowd isn’t so crazy.

Beautiful property steps from the Gulf

Beautifully decorated with a balcony overlooking the beach. The property was very clean and spacious. Of all the rental properties we have stayed at throughout the years, this property has been the cleanest. The kitchen has everything you would need including three coffee makers. We brought extra paper products, soaps, detergent, etc.., but there was no need for them. The property came with a generous starter kit. Loved our stay and did not want to leave. Contemplated reaching out to the owner to see if they would exchange properties. We’ll be back again.

An amazing stay

Where to begin? We love AMI and consider it a second home, though we don't own property there and as such, we like to feel "at home" and comfortable in our surroundings. This property is the first we've stayed at that checked all the boxes and then some. It is absolutely perfect and close to what we would want if we actually lived on island. The furnishings were high end, the appliances were fantastic and the location could not be beat. I literally have no complaints about this property (the hiccups we had were handled quickly and quietly by the owner/manager of the rental company) other than the beach chairs and umbrellas could use some updating. It is on the coast so that is to be expected but for as much as the property rents for, you expect more. Overall, the stay was perfect and we would rent again with them. The beach at this home is quiet for the most part with powder white sand and it is an easy walk from the condo. The pictures listed are accurate and I would tell anyone looking to not hesitate to book this location. Staying: Self and Hub, Kids (16 &12)

We were very impressed with the condo. There was a lot of room and the View is breathtaking. It was more than expected and so happy to have stayed there. Great location to stay too. Well worth it to stay there.

lovely stay

Excellent property, location and beach access! Only recommendation would be to have at least a queen size bed (preferably KING) in the second bedroom suite instead of a double bed. Appreciated access to the beach equipment in the locker in the garage, very helpful.

Beautiful Property

This property exceeded our expectations!! Location was amazing. Gorgeous big covered balcony was perfect for morning coffee. The inside was extremely clean and comfortable. The decor was amazing. The only thing we would improve on would be a larger TV in the master. Also, there wasn’t a full size ironing board, but we bought a brand new one and left it in the laundry room.

Beautifully appointed condo steps from the beach

This was really just a lovely property close to the beach. It was very well appointed spacious everything you need for a great family vacation. The balcony was a perfect spot to watch the sunset and enjoy a delicious meal from the local fishermen at the beach. Five stars.

Beautiful!

We had a wonderful beach vacation and this property is spectacular! It is completely updated exactly as shown in the photos. The cleanliness was outstanding and there are two convenient parking spaces in the garage. The only issue we had was that the elevator was not working during our stay. We were fine but it may be difficult for some since the condo is on the third floor. We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again!

Outstanding!

From start to finish, we enjoyed our stay immensely and are planning to return eagerly. When we first opened the front door and walked in, we couldn’t help but smile as the photos did not do this beautiful spot justice. Great spot, clean and well-appointed!
