WELCOME to the gentle side of FLORIDA with miles of white sand powdered beaches. ANNA MARIA ISLAND is a beautiful barrier island on the Gulf of Mexico off the West coast of Florida stretching seven miles between Tampa Bay south to Longboat Key. There is truly nothing better than gulf front living, and that is just what you will experience at this gorgeous coastal chic inspired home, completely renovated in 2019. Located directly on the beach, with a balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico, you can enjoy the sunset every evening right from the comfort of your favorite lounge chair.


KITCHEN

Our top of the line kitchen boasts granite counter tops, built-in oven and microwave, induction cooking top, french door fridge and much more. Here you will find everything you need for your island inspired culinary creations. A laundry room is available as well with a washing machine dryer and ironing board.


BEDROOMS

La Casa Costiera can accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with dual sink, a shower that has two shower heads and jetted tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with double sinks and large walk-in shower. The third bedroom has two twin size beds and TV. Another half bath is located just down the hallway.


EXTERIOR

The gardens and grounds have been thoughtfully designed leading to a large pool with jacuzzi hot-tub and gazebo area. With the sounds of crashing waves right outside from the nearby beach, the large pool area is another great way to relax. A nice picnic and BBQ area are available, as well as a gas and charcoal grill.

There is much to SEE and to DO around Anna Maria Island:

- Bring or rent a bicycle or kayak to explore the island or one of the nature preserves around
- Enjoy a round of golf on nearby courses
- Visit the Ringling Museum, see a play at the Van Wezel or stop by Mote Marine Aquarium
- Tour the island with the free trolley bus, which runs approx. every 20 minutes
- Learn more about the sea life of dolphins, manatees and shorebirds - you can often spot them right from the balcony
- Discover great restaurants and local eateries, from fine dining to local dives
- Take a day trip to Disney World in Orlando

Anna Maria Island to s a great place, Holmes Beach is amazing and Casa Costiera ia a gem located at the beach with direct and easy access to the Gulf. We had a great time. The home is comfortable, well appointed, tastefully decorated, and has everything you need to enjoy a few days by the beach.

Our vacation to this property was amazing! The spacious condo and beautiful views made it a great experience. The pool was clean and it was so close to the beach. We also appreciated all of the beach supplies in the garage closet. Weā€™ll be back!

Walk into paradise

The house is amazing. Well equipped. The layout is perfect for a family of 6. The beach - it's literally right there 30 second walk and you're touching sand. The pool is amazing. Homerun for sure - without a doubt a repeat for myself and family.

Perfect location for our family

As soon as we opened the door to the property we were blown away. Amazing views of the beach and gulf greeted us as we made our way through the living room to the balcony. The kitchen met all our needs and we were highly impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. Beach equipment we utilized included four chairs and a beach umbrella, which were all in good condition. Wouldnā€™t hesitate to book this beautiful property again in the future.

Great Property

The property was very nice and the listing was accurate. Great neighborhood and easy access to the beach. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because of the beach equipment, most of it was unusable or falling apart. For the price of this property it should have usable high quality equipment.

Nice condo on the beach!

The condo was just as the photos showed, and clean. Its a great view and we enjoyed coffee on the patio in the mornings. We liked the open feel and modern decor. Just steps to the beach and the chairs and umbrellas provided were nice and in great condition. Nice parking in the shade as well. We had our 80 year old mom with us, so the elevator being out and not being told was not only hard for her, but taking suitcases up 3 stories was not easy and not as advertised. One suggestion; A real ironing board would be nice to have in a closet and set up in a larger space. The ironing board set up in the laundry is a cluster and very difficult to use. Nice place over all!

Very nice property with great location

I had a fantastic experience with my family. We had 3 adults and 3 children (aged 11, 9, and 5). Pool was very nice and clean. The beach was very accessible and the beach amenities provided were extremely nice. The only opportunities for improvement were that the elevator broke on Wednesday of our stay (which carrying the family bags from the 3rd floor was rough), there was no soap provided, and the key lock was difficult and inconvenient to use. Beautiful property and phenomenal location.

Beautiful and clean

This unit was beautiful and clean. Well appointed. We had an air conditioning issue that was fixed right away, which was awesome! The only negatives were that the mattress in the master needs to be replaced, and we didn't know until the day before arrival that we wouldn't have access to our assigned spot in the garage as advertised. We arrived very late, and after unloading, my husband had to drive around to find a public parking spot, and we incurred a $75 parking ticket for the smallest of infractions. The whole week we had to park a couple of blocks away.

Beautiful view and great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at La Casa! The view was beautiful, the unit was nicely decorated and clean and we were close to everything we needed. We loved hanging out on the porch in the morning and evenings watching the sunset. It was an easy/quick walk to the beach and the beach was beautiful. It was a very quiet unit and we didn't hear the neighbors even though it was spring break. A few things to note - some of the kitchen supplies were worn/old (measuring cups, cutting boards) and for the quality of the unit. There are windows above the bedroom doors so if you have kids who nap during the day it will be bright in the rooms. The elevator didn't work while we were there and when we asked the owner when it would be fixed, they said it hadn't worked in many months. We felt we should have been told or it should have been noted on the property description that there is not a working elevator - not just that sometimes it doesn't work. They were there working on it though so it might be working now. We were told to wash the towels before leaving which was something we've never had to do - it made us wonder if the towels were washed by the previous renters which we felt should be replaced by the cleaner to ensure they're properly sanitized. The master bathroom has block windows that look out to the neighbor's door and they can see in when you are bathing - it's obscured but you can still see. It was a little weird to be bathing and have people walk out the neighbor's door.

Beautiful property steps from the Gulf

Beautifully decorated with a balcony overlooking the beach. The property was very clean and spacious. Of all the rental properties we have stayed at throughout the years, this property has been the cleanest. The kitchen has everything you would need including three coffee makers. We brought extra paper products, soaps, detergent, etc.., but there was no need for them. The property came with a generous starter kit. Loved our stay and did not want to leave. Contemplated reaching out to the owner to see if they would exchange properties. Weā€™ll be back again.

An amazing stay

Where to begin? We love AMI and consider it a second home, though we don't own property there and as such, we like to feel "at home" and comfortable in our surroundings. This property is the first we've stayed at that checked all the boxes and then some. It is absolutely perfect and close to what we would want if we actually lived on island. The furnishings were high end, the appliances were fantastic and the location could not be beat. I literally have no complaints about this property (the hiccups we had were handled quickly and quietly by the owner/manager of the rental company) other than the beach chairs and umbrellas could use some updating. It is on the coast so that is to be expected but for as much as the property rents for, you expect more. Overall, the stay was perfect and we would rent again with them. The beach at this home is quiet for the most part with powder white sand and it is an easy walk from the condo. The pictures listed are accurate and I would tell anyone looking to not hesitate to book this location. Staying: Self and Hub, Kids (16 &12)

This property exceeded our expectations!! Location was amazing. Gorgeous big covered balcony was perfect for morning coffee. The inside was extremely clean and comfortable. The decor was amazing. The only thing we would improve on would be a larger TV in the master. Also, there wasnā€™t a full size ironing board, but we bought a brand new one and left it in the laundry room.

This was really just a lovely property close to the beach. It was very well appointed spacious everything you need for a great family vacation. The balcony was a perfect spot to watch the sunset and enjoy a delicious meal from the local fishermen at the beach. Five stars.

Beautiful!

We had a wonderful beach vacation and this property is spectacular! It is completely updated exactly as shown in the photos. The cleanliness was outstanding and there are two convenient parking spaces in the garage. The only issue we had was that the elevator was not working during our stay. We were fine but it may be difficult for some since the condo is on the third floor. We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again!

Great Family Destination! What a view!

Just back from a week at La Cosa Costiera and I am already wondering when we can return! What a gorgeous condo! The view is to die for! All bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfy! High end finishes, nothing you will be missing. We have a 3 yo and it was great to just walk down the steps to the beach or the pool. No long haul with all the toys!
