Welcome to a newly renovated getaway nestled on a sprawling 50-acre property, perfect for friends, family gatherings, or group retreats! This spacious house comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, offering a blend of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty. Inside, you'll find 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, plus additional sleeping arrangements in the common area, including a cot, a twin air mattress, and 3 queen air mattresses.

"Hot Tub Availability & Heating Information
Our hot tub is closed from November to March due to the cold temperatures, which make it difficult to maintain proper heating.

For guests booking outside of these months:
• The hot tub heats slowly, at approximately 3°F per hour.
• You will need to turn up the temperature several hours in advance before use.
• If you arrive late in the day, the hot tub may not reach full temperature by the first night.

Please plan accordingly to ensure the best experience. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!"

I live here part-time, so you may find food items in the refrigerator and cabinets—feel free to make yourself at home and use anything you find in the kitchen.
