We strive to provide a clean and welcoming environment for everyone and have received nothing but glowing reviews for the cleanliness and the home's readiness to host. We also want to address the damages incurred during your stay. Unfortunately, your pet caused significant damage, resulting in hundreds of dollars in repairs and cleaning costs within less than 24 hours. It was also challenging for our cleaners to make sure the home was ready for the next guest due to the smell and "cleanup." We truly appreciate the love and care that pets bring, but we must address damage when it occurs. We noticed that your review was posted after you were charged for these damages, which made it a bit concerning for us and feels more like an unfortunate retaliation. Additionally, we understand that sometimes issues arise during a stay, and we encourage our guests to communicate any concerns directly with us at check-in or while still on the property.
