Everything was great from rental of condo to area. Area was easy to walk, with many great stores and restaurants. Easy communications with hosts and was a plus to be able to book with the driver of limo. We utilized the limo for airport pick up and our luau evening. Would definitely recommend to stay. It’s quite a gem!

Aloha Ann-Marie, I’m so glad you and your loved ones had such a memorable time on our beautiful island while staying with us. Having traveled wide and far myself, I’ve always believed that location is one of the most important parts of any vacation rental. There’s a huge difference between having to jump into a car and deal with traffic and parking, versus simply slipping on your flip-flops, grabbing a bag of snacks, and casually strolling less than 5 minutes to the heart of Waikiki and under 10 minutes to the world-famous Waikiki Beach. That kind of convenience is often far more valuable than staying at an expensive 5-star hotel that’s farther from all the energy and excitement, where spontaneous walks to enjoy the sights, sounds, and beach become much less practical. Another thing many guests don’t realize is how affordable and comfortable transportation can be with our partnered limo service. It’s a step up in comfort and luxury at a surprisingly reasonable price — a much more relaxing experience than squeezing into a typical rideshare. I’m glad you came well prepared, asked thoughtful questions, and were able to create the kind of vacation memories that make a trip special. The apartment was incredibly well appointed. Had everything we could need… With the exception of a luggage rack! Otherwise everything was great! The views were phenomenal.

This unit is centrally located in Waikiki and offers fantastic views of the mountains, city, and ocean. The one-bedroom layout, along with the sofa/Murphy beds in the living area, worked perfectly for our stay. We loved being able to enjoy both the morning sunrise and the beautiful golden sunsets. If you need parking, be sure to ask the attendant for detailed instructions on using a day pass (available after 10:00 a.m.). The host was very responsive and provided many helpful tips for exploring local destinations.

Aloha Wen, As an architect myself, I have a long checklist of what makes a truly great condo. Location is always at the very top of that list — not just where the building sits within the city, but how the unit itself is positioned to connect with the natural beauty and energy surrounding it. What makes our unit especially unique is the incredible variety of views it offers. From the living room, bedroom, and balcony, there’s always something different to take in depending on the time of day and your mood. One of my favorite views is overlooking the beautiful water feature of the Ala Wai Canal, where you can often watch rowers practicing across the calm water, with the Waikiki skyline rising beyond and glimpses of the beaches in the distance. Combined with the peaceful golf course scenery, vibrant sunsets, soft morning light, and the frequent rainbows cast across the mountains from the island’s passing moisture, it creates a constantly changing backdrop that feels both peaceful and alive. As for parking, we always recommend guests take advantage of the abundant free parking along the Ala Wai Canal just across the street from the building. It’s free day and night, weekdays and weekends, except for a short street-cleaning period once a week early in the morning. Honestly, because of our location, having a rental car for your entire stay is often unnecessary. The beaches, great restaurants, shops, and so much of Waikiki’s energy are all just an easy walk away. And if you’d like to explore other parts of the island, the 1800 car rental located right in the building makes day-to-day rentals incredibly convenient. Many guests find this approach far more practical and cost-effective than renting a car for their entire vacation. Mahalo for staying with us and for leaving our place incredibly clean and spotless. This was the perfect place to stay for my husband and I and our two teenage kids- we loved the balcony and since we were in the area during the Kona storms it was a real blessing to be protected from the rain- kids loved each having a bed. It was completely functional for what we needed- Parking onsite is expensive- and we had difficulty finding parking alongside the canal but other than that no complaints. The host was very very responsive and the building is very safe and ideally located. We felt the condo had a strongcleaning smell so we were happy that the big windows opened in the main living area.

We are a family of 4 with two teenage girls. This place was PERFECT! A separate bedroom for parents and each kid had their own bed. A/C worked great. Ample beach supplies. 10 minute walk to the beach. We did pay for in and out parking when we arrived and it was well worth 94 for two nights. Host was responsive. I would definitely return!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Honolulu with a great view. It's the perfect base for exploring the city and Waikiki Beach is just a short walk away. The kitchen has everything you need to cook dinner. We felt very safe thanks to the security. And Josh is very helpful.

Great central location close to everything including the bus. Beautiful views. Comfortably hosted our adult family of five. Has beach towels, chairs, cooler bag, umbrella and boogie boards ready for the beach. The pool deck with BBQ and tables to eat at. Joshua was a wonderful host. Nelson picked us up with the limo at the airport. Highly recommend this location. Great car rental downstairs for the day trips to explore the rest of the island. The car rental even held our luggage while we explored before heading home on our red eye flight! We look forward to coming back to this location. Thank you Joshua!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment with stunning 31st floor views and great amenities (pool, hottub, and grill area weee all amazing). The apartment itself is well laid-out, and was able to easily squeeze our family of six - we loved that we could all fit on the balcony to play a game! Perhaps the biggest standout for this stay though was our host - Joshua was SO responsive and accommodating. It has been a long time since I’ve had a host this helpful. It felt like he was truly invested in us having a great and easy vacation. Do not hesitate to book!

Nicely kept up condo, recently renovated fully stocked. Joshua was very responsive which we appreciated. The condo is walking distance to the beach, restaurants & mall. Overall it was a very relaxing experience, you have to pay for overnight parking but we were told it’s less expensive than other buildings. Fireworks on Friday night where awesome!

Perfect Hawaiian vacation

We loved every minute of our stay at this property. Josh communicated everything we need to know throughout. The property is close enough to the coast to enjoy it, but far enough to have a sense of peace and quiet. We can’t wait to return again one day.

I’m so glad to hear your family had a wonderful time in Waikiki while staying with us. The location of this building is truly hard to beat—right in the heart of Waikiki, unlike some of the five-star resorts that are tucked away and often require driving and parking just to experience the vibrant energy of the area.
