Guest Access:

The apartment is located at 4131 Saint-Denis Street, in the heart of Plateau-Mont-Royal. Check-in is fully self-service and available from 4:00 p.m. using a secure access code.



Before arrival, you must complete the registration process through the AKIA platform. This includes submitting a live selfie, a valid government-issued ID matching the name on the reservation, full payment for the stay, and a $250 preauthorization for the security deposit. Access instructions will be provided once registration has been completed.



Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. Pets, parties, events, unauthorized visitors, and excessive noise are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Smoking and vaping are also strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balconies.
