This amazing, river side condominium in the heart of Pigeon Forge will provide you and your family the best of everything in the Smokies! Enjoy the stunning mountain views above, and Little Pigeon River below. Take a dip in the pool, or soak in the adjoining hot tub in the summer, and cozy up next to the gas fireplace in the fall and winter. Take in a game of pool in the gameroom, or work off those pancakes in the workout room. River Place offers a nearby elevator, so you donā€™t have to lug all of those suitcases and groceries up and down stairs!

River Place is a short walk to the Iron Forge Brewery. Less than one mile from the Parkway, River Place guests will enjoy tranquility and quiet, while being very close to attractions. The Apple Barn is but a short distance way, where guests can catch the trolley to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge attractions, and even Gatlinburg. No fighting traffic and paying for parking!

River Place comfortably sleeps six (one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a sleeper sofa). The master bath has a jacuzzi tub. New smart TVs are in each bedroom and the living room. There is also a washer & dryer in the condo.

Clean and Quiet

We enjoyed our stay and will def be back. We used the pool a lot. It was quiet and not crowded, especially for the 4th of July weekend. We used the gym and the sauna. Enjoyed some air hockey in the game room. It was nice and relaxing. Very close to everything! Just what our family needed!

Relaxing time at River Place

Great condo and grounds. Beautiful setting on the river. Perfect location in quiet area yet close to Pigeon Forge activities. Only drawback was the owner put 75 degree limit on lowering the A/C and 75 is much too warm to try to sleep.

Great morning coffee view

We had two adults and two children under 9 - it was great for us and in a very convenient spot. I enjoy coffee on the balcony each morning, overlooking the river and a mountainview. You can see The Island from the balcony and there is a brewery within walking distance and the Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant (delicious), ice cream palor, candy shop and winery are just a couple minutes down the road, too. The one thing we were a tiny bit confused by was you have to leave the complex, cross the street (not a busy street), and walk to the backside of the condo complex to get to the pool. Not a huge deal, but we were a little confused by it. The pool was very nice, with a hot tub, baby pool and a good size regular pool that was less than 6' deep. Overall, great place to stay in a great location. Would definitely recommend it to friends /family and would stay here again.

The condo was clean and the location was great. Quiet area, but still close enough to everything. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. It was a short trip, but this would definitely be a great place to stay for a longer trip as well!

Wonderful

The stay was perfect. The location was wonderful for taking a weekend away without the kids this location was the best weā€™ve found. So peaceful and beautiful. I do recommend leaving a pen with the guestbook as I wanted to sign inside and I didnā€™t have one available. Couldnā€™t have asked for a better weekend getaway.

Rod Run weekend

We had an awesome time. We always come up for Rod Run and this is one of the best places we've ever stayed. We love that its secluded enough to be able to relax but also still being close to everything. We loved that it was super clean, had an extra utility room with anything extra you may need and the view from the balcony was amazing. We will be back!

Quiet location, but close to the parkway. The walls are very thin though and you can hear every word of the neighbors conversations and television. It is a residential complex so several owners have dogs that are quite noisy. Not our favorite place to stay, but definitely clean and a good location. NoisybVRBOdid

The recliners did NOT recline most of the time we were there. One of them never reclined. The wall in the living room is in desperate need of painting due to numerous holes that have been patched up, but not painted over. The carpet in the living room has stains everywhere. In the master bathroom, there was hair on the wall of the shower. I was the first person to shower in that bathroom and I have a shaved head so I know it did not come from us!!!! This was by far the worst property we have ever stayed at when booking with VRBO. The location is PERFECT, but the condo unit fails in most ways. We will not stay at that property again and we sure would not recommend it to our friends and family. We stay at VRBO properties a few times a year, but this was one of the worst bookings.

Perfect place with an asterisk.

Absolutely the best place Iā€™ve ever stayed in the pigeon forge area. The only draw back is a/c isnā€™t allowed to be below 75. I understand the reason but still made for a warmer stay. Just bring a couple fans and youā€™ll be set because itā€™s an amazing place to stay.

Great Condo

First of all there were not any negatives about this condo. It was clean, nicely stocked with everything you might need, the bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable, the location is very quiet but still very close to everything. Caregivers get away!

My family have been caregivers for our parents and aunt and uncle since 2015. Now that journey is over, we loved The River Place to rest and relax . The location is awesome and the the condo was reasonably price for this area in the fall season. We had plenty of room and just a peaceful getaway. I think just a suggestion and feasible, it would be great to have a small basket of treats r gift cards for a dinner for the first night of stay. Just a thought! But thank u for allowing us to unwind and refresh in your condo!
