Good Times Both Units Quiet Duplex Spacious Open Deck Close to Pristine Beach

The Good Times A and B, located at 303 Highland Avenue in Bradenton Beach is a quiet, duplex with four bedrooms and four baths. Each unit features a spacious living room, large open design and very spacious open deck. Just one very short block to the beach, the unit provides the ultimate in convenience. Walk to the beach or a short stroll to Bridge Street with many dining, shopping and bars - a car may not even be necessary. This duplex will sleep a total of twelve with a King, 2 Queens , 2 sleeper sofas and 2 twins.

These units have upgrades featuring wood floors, stainless steel appliances. Relax in the evenings on the large open deck with view of the Gulf. Slight bay views are offered from the upstairs unit.

Dogs are allowed with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet. No cats please.

Goodtimes is a three night minimum rental
Parking is limited to four vehicles

Plenty of room for the kids to hang out on one level, adults on other yet room for all to be together on either level. The beach wagons and chairs etc were a greatly appreciated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really liked the location. Rented both units at the same time for our family and in-laws. Both units were nice and had a lot of space. There were just a few things that could be improved. The light switches were all over the place. Hard to decipher how to turn on what. The porches had no lights, which was odd. When we got there, the owner had purchased a new router, which the rental company was not even aware of. The grill downstairs ran out of propane, but luckily we rented the upstairs one or we would have been screwed in the middle of cooking. One bathroom didn't have a trash can. The place had an odd smell too. It was just little things like that, but overall, it's a good place to stay for the price.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the Good times both units for our group. This house is in a great area, lots to do, quiet beach area only 1 block away. This house had anything you may need for a vacation at the beach. It had tons of beach chairs, several boogie boards, beach wagons, etc! The house was very clean as well. We had no issues whatsoever. I would recommend and stay again!

Good location, not so good rental

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit A outdated, unit B nicer. Arrived to find a repair man in unit B working on a major leak that he couldn't fix which resulted in no dishwasher all week. Unit A was not cleaned properly, tons of pet hair and dust visible. Someone came into the foyer and up the stairs on Friday, knocked on the door and told us she knew the owner and was supposed to be staying there and when were we leaving! Then Saturday we were packing up and 3 men proceeded into the units and said they were there to replace an air conditioning unit at 9am! No warning, we were packing up and they acted like we were in their way. Poor communication from the agent and will not rent with Island Vacation Rentals again.
