Great house for large groups, plenty of room inside and outside with a pool and nice patio. The location was perfect, short walk to the beach and multiple restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was great with a wonderful location! Large and open, the private pool was a plus! The stairs are gradual with landing pads every few steps. I don’t usually rent such a large home, two smaller properties side by side normally work well. My adult kids are great cooks and I’m glad I brought my own cutting boards and chef knives. For your first day, bring coffee filters or kerig cups, extra garbage bags, etc. our outside garbage was not picked up until check out day, a bit of a challenge. I ask for an extra hour on check out, which you pay for, but it was not approved and was not communicated until next to last day. With a large group, it would have been nice.

I am sorry we could not accommodate a late checkout as we had guests arriving the day you checked out. Your credit card was never charged and our 24/7 live support agents provided you with this information and you we reassured your credit card would not be charged. Your request was pending only and it was denied. I have been in business for over 35 years, no one has better reviews than I do and Vrbo has awarded us their two most prestigious awards in recognition. Terry

Perfect location, great house for large groups.

This is a beautiful house in a perfect location for Bradenton Beach. The best part was the heated pool, it worked great on the cooler days of our trip. Communication with the owner was easy, we will definitely be back.

Very accommodating. Great property with a location close to everything. Outdoor kitchen was removed most likely due to the storm. Pool was excellent.

The house was clean, the check in and check out process were easy, and communication with the property manager was very responsive. The location is great, it is very walkable, the beach is right across the street and there are several restaurants and shops on the island.The pool's pump was extremely loud and gurgling. Inside, not all lights were in working condition and there were several kitchen cabinents with broken/missing pulls. Only 2 out of the 4 bedrooms had a TV. That being said, these things would not be a big deal if the cost of renting this property wasn't so costly, (3 nights costing more than 5000) at this price point I expected everything to be on point! The negatives here could be easily fixed by the property owner making this place wonderful!

Hi Darlene, I checked with you 24 hours after you checked in asking if everything was okay and this was your exact response "Hello, good morning, yes everything is fine here, thank you" I am sorry you found the pool pump loud. No other guests have complained about the pool pump. I checked with our cleaning staff and there is no hardware missing from the kitchen cupboards. Terry

We loved the house. In the future, we would suggest putting some hangers in each closet as there were only hangers in one bedroom. Some lamps were either missing lightbulbs or lightbulb needed replacement. The master bedroom had threadbare towels. We would stay there again, but would love those improvements.

Great girls’ trip!

Terry was very easy to work with: responded quickly to questions, text to make sure everything was going well with our stay. We loved the location! Close to the beach and Bridge Street, made many fun activities within easy walking distance. Highly recommend!

Our experience was great with staying at this property. The house was as described and in a perfect location that was walkable to all of our favorite spots. The owners were very communicative and allowed us to stay an extra night at the end of our trip. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home on quiet street

Perfect location. Gulf on one end of the road- intracoadtal on the other end! And it is a short road! Trolley stop nearby. Had a great stay!
