Important Information – Scheduled Lobby Renovation
Please note that lobby renovations are scheduled from August 27 through October 25. During this period, there may be intermittent construction noise and activity in the lobby area. Renovation work is expected to take place daily Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

The location of The Alexander Resort is also convenient for exploring Miami Beach. It is situated in the Mid-Beach area, which is known for its quieter atmosphere and easy access to the boardwalk. A 4% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund. The management reserves the right to relocate guests to a comparable unit.

Please note that a valid government-issued identification is required upon check-in at the front desk. The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age.

Kosher meals available on-site, under the supervision of Kosher Miami (KA).

Paid washers and dryers are shared and located on the same floor as the unit.

Beach and pool towels are complimentary and claimed by the pool area.

- 2 bicycles per day.

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).
