Kai Lani Luxurious Ocean View Gated Community, Two Master Bedrooms near Aulani

Please visit our exceptional vacation condo in the Kai Lani gated community, a part of the beautiful Ko’olina resort. Our ground floor luxury, executive-type condo is over 1300 Sq. ft. with a full ocean view from our lanai where you can sit at night viewing the sun set over the ocean or whales breaching. You can walk directly from the lanai down a beautifully landscaped hill to a secluded cove where you can sit in the sun, snorkel during the summer, fish off the rocks, or share the sunset with your neighbors. If you walk up the hill 100 yards through the beautifully landscaped gardens you reach the Kai Lani swimming pool, hot tub, and a covered entertaining area. The condo is close enough to walk to the pool in 2 or 3 minutes but far enough away not to hear the noise.

Our condo was furnished by a well-known Honolulu decorator in a Pacific Island style with upgrades and original art work as well as ceiling fans and air conditioning in every room. Sit in the living room and watch our UHD TV, with surround sound, use the desk and do a little work (using our printer), enjoy the ocean view from all of the windows, or just sit and read a book and enjoy the breeze from the ocean through the screened door that leads to the lanai. Walk from the living room area to the dining area for a meal or just sit at the counter and have a quick drink or lunch. Preparing and serving a meal is easy in the fully furnished kitchen with like-new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Plentiful cooking equipment, glassware, place-mats, napkins and napkin rings are available.

Sleep in one of our two Master bedrooms each with its own private full bath and walk in closet. (The front bedroom also has a view of the ocean.) Each bedroom has a king sized Tempurpedic bed and HD flat screen TV. All bedding along with bathroom and beach/pool towels are provided. There is also a inflatable queen sized air mattress with mattress pad and all bedding . If you are entertaining, there is an additional guest bathroom off of the living room. A full sized washer and dryer are carefully hidden off the hall. Cable, telephone, wi-fi, and internet are included.

You are welcome to use our snorkeling equipment, boogie boards (adult and child), lap boards, and beach chairs. Trash pick-up is also included twice a week.

The Kai Lani community is located within the Ko’olina resort which is on the sunny West Coast of O’ahu about 20 miles from Honolulu and 15 miles from the airport. It is known for its 4 white sands lagoons, its championship golf course designed by Ted Robinson, the Disney Aulani hotel, excellent restaurants and shopping. All are within walking distance. Since all beaches in Hawaii are public, the lagoons are wonderful for swimming and snorkeling. In addition the Paradise Cove Luau is right next door. In the evening, sitting on the lanai you can hear the drums in the background. During the day you can use their beach. The lagoon has excellent snorkeling and as yet is a relatively unknown area. You will also see several turtles and find a protected Hawaiian monk seal sleeping on the beach.

While sitting on the lanai drinking a Mai Tai, I had one of our guests remark “I don’t need to move from this spot to experience paradise, this is paradise right here.”
