Too much construction too much noise around this property
The accuracy of walking to the beach in two minutes is fine but there’s a lot of construction going on so you wake up to a lot of noise and you really can’t enjoy the outside at the property because of that noise I let the property manager know that my mom passed away and I needed to check out two days early or three days early I was not refunded any money

Throughout your stay, our team went above and beyond to assist you, despite several challenges. These included late-night calls for help with your door code (which was the last four digits of your phone number), repeated difficulties logging into WiFi despite the provided instructions working as expected, and other situations that required additional attention. Additionally, on multiple occasions, local bartenders contacted us or escorted you back to the property when you were unable to find your way home.
We were never informed of any family loss during your stay, contrary to what was mentioned in your review. While we empathize with personal challenges, the behavior exhibited during your visit created an exceptionally difficult situation for both our staff and local community members.
Our goal is always to provide a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. We take pride in our responsiveness and care, and we regret that these efforts were not reflected in your review.
