Known for its rare private outdoor space, this bungalow features a dedicated patio with your own gas fire pit—perfect for evenings under the stars. Located just one block from the sand, you are steps from the pier and shops. Inside, enjoy modern comforts like AC, fast WiFi, and a kitchenette. Whether for a romantic escape or a solo recharge, Emberlight offers an effortless stay in the Solmaré Collection.
VINTAGE SOUL, OUTDOOR LIVING
We have preserved the timeless character of this historic bungalow while upgrading it for modern travel. The interior features a bright, open layout with air conditioning and fast WiFi, but the real magic is outside. Unlike many beach rentals, Emberlight offers your own private gas fire pit (exclusive to this unit), making it the ultimate spot to unwind with a glass of wine after a day at the beach.

- Primary: Luxurious Queen Bed with hotel-quality linens and blackout window treatments.

Group Trips: Traveling with friends? We manage multiple bungalows in this compound (Las Casitas Avila). Message us to book them together for privacy and proximity.
Parking: One dedicated off-street parking spot is provided
Management: Professionally managed by Solmaré Stays, ensuring 5-star cleanliness and 24/7 local support.
House Rules:
Check-in / Check-out: Check-in after 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM unless otherwise approved.
Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No parties or events.
Noise: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the unit or near doors/windows.
Pets: Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly units and must be approved in advance.
Bikes: Complimentary bikes are available for guest use where provided. Ride at your own risk, secure bikes when not in use, and return them in the same condition.
Parking: Park only in designated areas as outlined in your arrival instructions.
Care of Property: Please treat the home with care and report any damage or issues promptly.
Trash & Dishes: Please dispose of trash and wash dishes before departure.
Safety: Do not tamper with smoke detectors, safety equipment, or utility systems.
Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges or removal without refund.
