BOSCOYO "Cypress Knees" - New 3 bedroom 2 bath Houseboat - Cypress Cove Marina

Boscoyo "Cypress Knees" is a new built custom 3 bedroom/2 bath houseboat in Cypress Cove Marina. House has just been completed and is being furnished by an interior designer. Come stay at this beautiful home in Venice Louisiana while enjoying world class fishing and waterfowl hunting. You can park right at the house (no traveling down the dock with your gear!!) If you bring your own boat there if launching and fueling at Cypress Cove Marina and you can tie your boat to the the house for added convenience. We do not allow pets.

The home will sleep 13-16 people in 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with trundle to accommodate up 3 people. Bedroom 2 has 2 sets of twin bunk beds with one of them including a trundle (accommodates up to 5 people). Bedroom 3 has 2 sets of bunk beds with full bed on the bottom and twins on top. Each set also as a trundle and the entire room can accommodate up to 8 people. All bed linens are provided.

Each bathroom has a shower/tub for convenience and provides towels.

The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, regular coffee maker, toaster, and blender. All dishware, cookware, utensils, and glassware are provided.

The large deck outside has 2 ceilings fans. We have a table and chairs for use on the deck.

Cypress Cove Grill is located within walking distance is you want to take a break from cooking. They can also prepare your catch of the day for you.
