Rental Details

January, February, March 2026: Monthly Rental only

April: Monthly rental only

May–December: Two-week minimum stay

Monthly rentals run 1st–last day of the month

Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

Rental Policy

$750 deposit/security due within 7 days of booking

$250 cleaning fee (deducted from deposit)

Refund balance issued within 30 days of checkout (often sooner)

Full rental payment due 60 days prior to arrival

No pets, no smoking

55+ community

Optional: Temporary Resident ID ($50, paid directly to The Villages) provides full resident privileges, including golf, pools, and recreation centers.

Brilliant holiday

We've stayed in the villages before but this was the first thing renting and this house is perfect. Great location to town squares and pools. The house is well equipped and plenty of room. Very easy checking in and out and very useful information supplied by the owner. We'll definitely be back.

Awesome stay at Lynnhaven!

We had a wonderful stay at Jim and Maryellen’s home in The Villages! Everything was just as shown online. The home was very clean, comfortable and furnished with everything we needed for our stay including a four seat golf cart. Highly recommended!

Great Home!!

We spent 2 glorious months in this beautiful home!! It is better than described. The furnishing are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The location is ideal, close to major shopping, restaurants and 2 pools within walking distance. We are looking forward to our visit next year!!

A Villages stay mid-September 2021

This property was all that it claimed to be. It was very clean, comfortable, convenient, and pleasing. The owners were easy to work with. It provided a great home base to get around the Villages, learn about the opportunities there, and decide to make the Villages our new home. The four nearby pools showed us how friendly all the neighbors are.

Great Place to Stay in The Villages

We just spent the month of February here and had a wonderful time! The home is nicely furnished and VERY comfortable. I don't think we needed anything in the kitchen that wasn't already there. The home is in a quiet location, yet is conveniently located to Sumter Landing and several of the golf courses, pools, and rec centers. There is good shopping nearby, accessible with the provided golf cart. Our only problem was that the month FLEW by! Our thanks to the owners for making our Florida visit so pleasurable!

The location and the house was good. The furniture was big and bulky and it was difficult to get in and out of. The dining room chairs were very heavy and it was difficult to pull them in and out from the table. The rug under the table was too small. When sitting at the table the chair was half on and half off of the rug.

Pleasantly Surprised

When we arrived at our “home away from home”, we were pleasantly surprised to walk into a place that was clean, well stocked and felt like home. Every little thing that was needed was thought of; from games, puzzles, books, even a card shuffler. We stayed with our parents and the home set up gave us the privacy we each needed. Their bedroom and bath was on one side and ours was on the other side of the home. We enjoyed the open floor plan with the island in the middle for dinners in. Our parents enjoyed sitting on the Lanai every morning enjoying their coffee. We enjoyed the half mile walk or bike ride to the pool. There are three pools within walking distance or a quick golf cart ride. The neighbors were friendly. Everyone waved or said hi. There are so many amenities that I can’t say enough good things about this place. We would definitely stay again.

Great Comfortable Home Nicely Decorated

The home had everything necessary to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Any time we took the golf cart out, it ran with no issues. Plenty of space to spread out. Nice location close to essential shopping to stock up on items needed during your stay such as food, etc.
