We enjoyed everything about the condo. The location was great. We are thinking we may stay in the area again next year. The only recommendations I would make, like most rentals, spend 5 at Walmart on a pack of plastic hangers (4 hangers is not enough) and hang a full length mirror somewhere. Provide salt & pepper even if it’s the single serving sizes you get at take out restaurants. These are minor inexpensive things but for the cost of rental seem reasonable requests.

A Perfect Beach Getaway – 5 Stars!We had the most incredible stay at this beach rental – truly a little slice of paradise! The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing and carefree vacation.The views were beautiful! We’ve been going to Seagrove Beach for many years. The location of this unit was perfect for easy private beach access and small crowds. The beach was nice and relaxing. The unit was fully renovated with enough room for our family of five.

Look No Further!

Amazing view and sunsets. Clear blue water, white sandy beach, just steps away from this beautifully appointed condo. Everything you need is provided. Comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy coffee in the mornings watching the dolphins swim by! Goatfeathers seafood market two minute drive if you want to eat in. Grouper and Shrimp! Great restaurant Cafe 30A excellent! We totally enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Spot

Condo has been updated very nicely . Very comfortable and convenient . Wonderful unobstructed view of the beach and ocean off the balcony . Management staff was perfect providing fast answers to any questions. Beach chairs and umbrellas' are available with the on site vendor who sets everything up .Highly recommend stopping your search for the perfect spot right here Will definitely return .

Enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed at this condo complex in the past, so we knew what to expect location wise. We love the location, only a 1.4 mile walk to Seaside. Plenty of restaurants within a short distance. The place was clean and looked like pictures. Great view from the balcony. The bed was comfortable. Nice to have 2 full bathrooms. It appeared that the kitchen was fully stocked with what you might need, but I can’t really say as we didn’t hardly use it. Also, it is nice that the beautiful beach is just steps away. Just a reminder, as stated, this is a third floor condo and there is no elevator.
