Bright updates with a cool blue finish in this 1st floor, Gulf-front condo. There is nothing like a 30A vacation with a beautiful Gulf view.

The patio is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning - grab some salty breezes and some warm Florida rays of sunshine. Once you're ready to start your day, you'll love being able to whip up a quick breakfast in the updated kitchen while still taking in those Gulf views. After a day at the beach or the pool relax knowing you'll be heading back into your coastal oasis. A3 sleeps 6 and with queen sleeper sofa, hallway bunks and a king master suite. Both the master bathroom and the hallway bathroom include a tub/shower combination.

Nestled atop a bluff, the Palms at Seagrove is a Gulf-front complex is perfect for a great family vacation. Take a splash in the pool or a stroll along the sugar white beaches unique to this area. You'll enjoy some amazing views with a stay here. The Palms sits atop a 25-ft. bluff, raising you high above it all.

Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right in front of the complex. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. You'll love exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

Your stay at Palms A3 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. This is a beautiful property in our favorite location. The view from the patio and the proximity to the beach are awesome. We didn't go there to watch TV or surf the web, but the internet speed and TV service in the living room are not great. But again, the property and the location are great.

Amazing location

Overall this was a great place to stay. Easy checkin process and perfect location. I did try multiple times to contact management through email and received no response and that was disappointing. Outside of that it was great.

Central location

The Palms at Seagrove is centrally located on Hwy 30A, half way between Destin and Panama City.Our condo facing thr gulf was beautiful and quiet. Deer even came to browse around the vegetation. I highly recommend the Palms and hope to return in the future.

We understand how frustrating the internet issues were and want to assure you we acted promptly by involving the internet provider to resolve the problem, although their schedule was beyond our control. We also arranged for a hot spot to be delivered to assist you. Our manager did attempt to reach you as requested, but unfortunately was unable to connect. We take all concerns seriously and want to be transparent and helpful. We were sorry to hear about the charge dispute and want to emphasize our commitment to resolving any issues fairly. To show our goodwill, we offered a 10% discount on a future stay in hopes of making things right. Wonderful location!

We LOVED the ground level condo. Perfect and so convenient for our family. Could use a few updates but overall was a fantastic property! Also, wish we could have checked in early since they were done with cleaning at like 12. Check in was 4pm. Definitely would stay again.

Great location!

This was our first time to 30A and it didn’t disappoint! This condo was a perfect location to Seaside and other nearby beaches too! It was also away from the crowds. The beach service was excellent! We walked right out our door to the beach daily. We were able to bike everywhere which was nice. The atmosphere of the entire area was quaint and simply beautiful! The unit is a little dated but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The bathrooms could use a make over. Our girls used the sofa bed instead of the bunk beds. Overall, we would definitely return to Palms A3!

Needs a little TLC

Dryer needs drum bearing replaced, very noisy while drying clothes. Fridge has broken and missing shelf on door. Too many remote controls for main TV to use especially for older people. Had a great week, enjoyed our stay very much and have booked for next year already but a different unit at The Palms A building. We have stayed several times at The Palms and love the place.

We want to inform you that we have made contact with a third party company regarding the dryer as such this should be resolved shortly. Our maintenance team will also be doing necessary checks on the refrigerator. We have also taken your comments regarding the remote controls into account. Please note however that we had no report of this during your stay; we would have happily sent someone from our team to provide assistance. We do apologize for any inconvenience these aforementioned issues caused during your stay but can assure you that they should not be an issue for future stays! Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay! The view of the ocean was beautiful and the property was clean. It could use some updating but was still nice to stay in. The bunk beds were a bit strange and bothersome to our kids- the bottom bunk is way too close to the top bunk so our 5 year old kept bumping his head. There also isn’t a ladder to get to the top bunk- just a wobbly step stool. Please fix the bunk beds! We would still stay here again though.
