The Space:

Soft morning light fills the villa as you settle into a relaxed rhythm, while the gentle hum of nearby trees creates a calm backdrop for your stay. Step outside to the pool and hot tub, where you can unwind after a day of exploring the attractions. In the evenings, gather around the patio with a gentle breeze and the scent of a grill‑cooked meal. Inside, spacious living areas invite you to share stories and laughter in a welcoming setting.



Sleeping arrangements

Nine bedrooms across two floors provide ample space for families and groups. The master bedroom on the lower level features a king bed for two. A Harry Potter‑themed room offers two full beds, while a Fronzen room includes bunk beds that sleep three. Three kingdom‑style rooms each have a king bed for two, and two Jaque Mate rooms provide queen beds for two. A calming retreat contains two full beds for two. All beds come with fresh linens and clean sheets.



Indoor living

Two comfortable living areas feature televisions, a sound system, and a game console for relaxed evenings. A dedicated workspace is available for those who need a quiet spot to catch up on emails. The game room adds friendly competition and cozy movie nights after a day of sightseeing.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, cooking basics, and essential kitchen amenities makes meal preparation easy. Two dining areas accommodate shared breakfasts and dinners, and a washer and dryer are on hand for longer stays.



Outdoor living

Step onto the patio where a pool and hot tub await for a soothing soak. An outdoor grill and seating area let you enjoy fresh air while cooking. A private entrance and free parking simplify arrival and departure.

Guest Access:

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a Ring camera by the front door.
