While our homes are treated regularly for pests due to Florida’s climate, we have also contacted pest control to prevent any further issues. Also note that basic starter essentials are provided for each guest stay (two trash bags, two dishwashing pods, one hand soap per bathroom, one toilet paper roll per bathroom), but as mentioned in your check-in letter we recommend guests bring additional items if deemed necessary. We did not hear back following your initial report, so we did not know that it continued to be a problem. For future reference, please keep us updated on the issue so we can know how to proceed! We are happy to report that we have since not had any further issues with the palmetto bugs at this unit. We are glad to hear that despite these issues, you would still book with us again!
