NOTICE: Please be advised that a concrete restoration project will take place from early April through to November or early December (timeline subject to change). Guests may experience construction noise and debris during working hours (typically weekdays, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, subject to change). The pool and hot tub are expected to be closed for large portions of the project duration. We appreciate your understanding while these improvements are underway.

Are you looking for that perfect place for your vacation? Look no further - Cape Winds 507 has it all. This PENTHOUSE, OCEANFRONT condo unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and has a unique DOUBLE WIDE BALCONY. You can walk onto the huge balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. You can even see the ocean when you are lying in your cozy king bed! The balcony has a table and 4 chairs as well as two recliners and a small table.

The kitchen has new cabinets, counter top and appliances and all of the pots, pans, dishes and cutlery you will need to make meals on your vacation! There are three bar stools at the kitchen counter next to the new dining room table that seats 6. The living room has a sofa, chair, large flatscreen TV and a view of the ocean! Air mattress in unit.

The master bedroom has brand new bed set with a King bed, TV, DVD Player, walk in closet, a VIEW OF THE OCEAN, access to the balcony and an ensuite. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a closet and a TV. There is also a washer and dryer right inside of the unit. The unit is supplied with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and a beach umbrella.

Cape Winds is a beautiful complex that has has amenities for the whole family. Lounge around the large pool, rest in the hot tub, or get active on the tennis & basketball courts. There is a short boardwalk right at the complex to get to the white sandy beach - you couldn't be any closer!!

The complex is situated a mile north of the Cocoa Beach Pier, and close to many restaurants & attractions. The Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Brevard Zoo & the Outlet malls are easy day trips. The Orlando International Airport is 45 miles away.

First of all, our host, Amanda (Happy Palm Stays) was simply amazing. Construction had started on our condo that we booked, so she was able to get us into another property and it was excellent. The condo looked exactly like the pictures, our view was incredible, the property was clean and we had a wonderful time. I have to mention the couch! We had a very large, comfortable couch with a chaise lounge. There were four of us and we had so much room for watching movies in the evenings. We were all able to sit comfortably together. The bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms were wonderful; I cannot say enough good things about the company AND the condo. The condo also had pool noodles, umbrellas, chairs - everything you need for the beach and pool! We highly recommend staying with Happy Palm Stays!!

Fantastic beach view. Unfortunately, pigeons pooped all over and so our patio wasn’t super useable. The pool was nice. Hot tub nice. The overall place was clean but the grout in the bathrooms was really gross and these needed to be cleaned from the inside with doors closed as the inside of doors and baseboards needed some TLC. We did encounter a broken beach chair and the closet door came off track. Property manager Amanda was responsive.

Check in was very easy and well thought out with clear instructions. Our favorite part was the balcony and the view. The kids love the amenities including the pool and basketball. Great location and easy to get in and out of. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Great property with a beautiful view of the sunrise. Everything we wanted and needed, very close to everything we wanted to visit.

Location is great. It was such a treat to enjoy the view from the balcony. The unit was clean and well stocked.The beach was not crowded at all. Great vacation. We are returning next year.

Spring break

Wife and kids stayed for spring break. Unit was clean but could use some updates. Great for the price. Pool was small but we stayed at beach most the time except for the extremely windy day. Plenty of restaurants etc just a short drive. Great week!

Cape Canaveral Beach visit

Loved our Cape Winds condo. It was the perfect size for 2 people. The outdoor space was wonderful, loved watching the cruise ships come and go and we could see the SpaceX shot from the balcony. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were both pristine. We hope to return next year.

Excellent place to take a beach vacation! Unit was exactly as described and the pictures do it justice. The beach equipment was really helpful to have…our teenage boys loved the boogie boards. Great views of the sunrise on your large patio and the sunset out the back.

Perfect spot!

Our stay was awesome! The location is peaceful and quiet. The condo is exactly s described. Our family of 5 stayed very comfortably. The king bed is so, so comfortable. The view is stunning and worth every penny. Relax on the balcony and watch the surf. Day or night, it’s awesome! I would absolutely recommend this condo. Thanks for the great stay!

Family Vacation.

Condo was very nice. However the Loveseat needs to be steam cleaned very visible stains. Bed in master was very comfortable . Could have used a few more towels in the main closet other than that everything was great.

Hi Suzanne - I'm so happy you enjoyed your stay! I wanted to let you know that as of Dec/20, the couch has been replaced. Additionally there are always 6 beach, bath, hand and face towels in the unit as well as a washer and dryer. We hope you are able to come back and enjoy the beach again :)

A week at Cape Canaveral beach

5th floor unit was quiet and had a wonderful view of the Ocean. Very satisfied with the trip. Saw a SpaceX rocket launch for the first time. The beach was very pleasant but the weather could have been better. April is probably not the best time for this Beach.

Enjoyable stay!

View was the part. Sliding doors very difficult to open and close. Microwave stopped working the morning we left. Otherwise everything was great! Would stay there again.

Great value

Condo was as pictured and a great value! Couple of things that would have bumped our trip up to amazing would be simple maintenance within the unit as well as stocking the kitchen with better essentials. Other than that, the unit was great! Would definitely stay in this complex again and with Stay in Cocoa Beach.

Hi Emily - thank you so much for your feedback. We have addressed the minor issues that we spoke about and done an inventory on the kitchen items. We do provide salt and pepper but we don't supply consumables that other people have opened. I'm happy you enjoyed your stay and look forward to having you back in the future!

Might stay again if cleaner...

The unit had a terrible smell in the refrigerator (it never got better) and the furniture was dirty. The view was great, the pool and hot tub were very clean and the overall property was well maintained.

Hi Jeff, I wanted to apologize about these issues. The previous guest to you went fishing and stored his catch in the fridge. The cleaner wasn't able to get the small out so the fridge and chair that you mention that was dirty were both replaced. Again, very sorry about the smell in the fridge and the chair. They have been addressed for all future guests. Hope to have you back in the future, Jaclyn

Great View in a Comfortable Condo

What a great place to relax in, with a terrific view. This condo has a large comfortable balcony to sit out on to enjoy a sunrise or just watch the waves coming on shore. It's on the top floor so there isn't the sound of someone running around above you. It was clean, well supplied, the king bed was comfortable, beach chairs are provided along with a boogey board. It is a great place to spend your vacation. We sure enjoyed it.

Amazing seaside dtay

Absolutely fabulous! We spent 5 nights in apartment 507 and it was the best!! Right on the beach with a fabulous balcony and lounge that overlooks the sea - it's like paradise. The apartment itself is clean, spacious and well equipped with two generous bedrooms. It's well equipped and we wanted for nothing - Kelsy was great at pre check in and catching up during our stay and I'd recommend this apartment to anyone! What an absolute gem.
