Ideally positioned just a few steps from the beach, this spot provides effortless access to seaside strolls, and convenient onsite dining. Moreover, you're only a brief drive from renowned attractions like Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, IMAX Theatre, as well as an array of top-notch local restaurants, golf courses, and shopping spots.



Getting Around:

Conveniently reach the airport with easy access, and explore hassle-free transportation choices like taxis, Uber, and rental cars.



Other Things to Note:

Kindly be aware that this is a non-smoking unit and a privately owned condominium, distinct from a hotel room. We ask for your consideration in treating it with the same care and respect as you would your personal residence. Although we make every effort to promptly address any concerns, please note that there is no on-site resident available 24/7.



Please note that resort WiFi and cable services are currently being worked on, so during your stay, you may not have WiFi and cable. We recommend using an Internet hotspot to connect to the TV through streaming apps.



HOA's New Rules:

*Pools are currently closed due to a heater/sealing project.

*Onsite gym is unavailable.

*Parking is free but limited

STAY AWAY FROM BIG FISH RENTALS AT ALL COST

Avoid Sea Mist and anything from Big Fish Rentals altogether. Here’s why: They were supposed to be Internet in the room but when I arrived that was not the case and I was told to go out in the hallway to access internet. Later that night I realized streaming platforms were working and there was Internet in the room but they denied it. When I sent pictures of the TV connected to the internet, they stopped replying to me. On Saturday afternoon the whole building lost water and they did nothing to help the situation. We couldn’t use any sinks or flush the toilet. This lasted through Monday morning and they couldn’t provide another room in any of their many buildings. They also have no bathrooms anywhere to use in the lobby or elsewhere and when I asked about flushing the toilet they stopped replying. I had to change my flight to leave a day early. Not only did they overpromise and under deliver but they did little to nothing to help the situation. Lastly, make sure you read the email they sent you when you check in because it is a few pages long with an up charge for almost everything. Your trip can easily cost 50% more without knowing why.

Connectivity issues can be frustrating, and I regret any communication breakdown we had regarding the internet access. The water issue during your stay was an unfortunate maintenance problem affecting the entire building. While we strive to provide assistance in such situations, I understand that it fell short this time.
