The cabin is located less than 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and is also just a short drive to Pigeon Forge and Great Smoky Mountains National Park!

⁂ THE CABIN
Large, open living area with fireplace, comfortable furniture and large Smart TV. The cabin has an open floor plan with the living room and kitchen in the same area. There is a new solid wood dining table just off the living room with seating for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with everything you need to make your meals inside, or enjoy a cookout with the BBQ Grill and outdoor dining table on the back deck. There are two spacious and updated bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom. There is a Washer and Dryer available for your use and the cabin also has free High Speed Wi-Fi!

Outside, you`ll find plenty of space to enjoy the breathtaking views! The back deck has high-quality poly-wood furniture, a dining table, rockers, and a hot tub to soak and relax in.

The lower level of the cabin is an entertainment hub. The new theater room includes a large 65` HDTV along with leather reclining theater chairs. There are floor lights and dimmable theater lights to enjoy movie night or the big game. There is a pool table as well as arcade games and wall games. The downstairs living space offers windows that showcase the stunning mountain views. There are queen-queen bunk beds with a slide for additional sleeping as well as a kids nook area with books, games and more! There is also a full bathroom with an all-natural wood & stone vanity, and a walk-in shower.

The kitchen area also has a full AM/PM bar. The AM bar includes a Keurig Duo and a starter set of K-cups. The PM bar includes shot glasses, wine glasses, and highball glasses. A complimentary bottle of local wine is provided for all guests.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
* There is a strict no-smoking and strict no-pet policy. Any guests violating these policies will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
