We had a great get together with family and friends in your home. It was beautiful. We had a couple of repairs that needed to be done and the Handyman came right away and fixed it for us. We will keep you in mind for our next trip the house is very spacious and clean and the pool was an extra bonus for us.

Great Location

Our family stayed here for a wedding and it was the perfect location for us. We used the pool every day and were so glad we had it. We ran out of a few supplies and the host had them delivered within a few hours. We would stay here again!

Great Stay!

This was a great property in a quiet neighbourhood. Amenities were exactly as represented in the photos. The host was very responsive. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Great place for a large group!

Stayed here with family for Thanksgiving holiday. Kids loved the pool, and the pool table. Nice to have 2 dining tables as well, one for eating, one for board games. The 6 bedrooms gave us plenty of space. Definitely would stay here again in the future!

Very happy

I was nervous to rent because it was new to VRBO but I was pleasantly surprised. The location was fine, it did feel kind of far from some of the hikes, but there are a lot of great restaurants and shops near Gilbert.The house was spacious and well stocked. It was a little outdated but nothing ridiculous. When I arrived the kitchen and floors needed to be cleaned but the host took care of it immediately and apologized for the state of it. They generously sent more coffee and toilet paper when we ran out. The pool was warm and clean, as was the area around it. There were orange trees in the yard and the oranges were ripe! My kids loved the golf game but we would've liked a few more pool floaties/toys. Overall, such a great value for this location with an attentive host and nice property.

College Graduation

This property is nice by all appearances, but the proof is in the details. This entire house is in need of a good cleaning! And that would include washing all the duvet covers on every bed! The beds have not been moved and cleaned under for quite a while, neither have the couches in either family room. The throw rugs throughout the house are dirty and dingy and are curling up and creating trip areas especially in the bedroom. My suggestion is to get rid if them.The "bunk room" in my opinion is unsafe because the way the air conditioner is hooked up and pinched into the unsecured screen window, we closed that room off and didn't use it!The gas grill was disgustingly dirty, once we got it all cleaned and ready to grill our supper, we realized the grill was out of propane! We called the host to report the problem, and they did bring a new tank, but by that time we got the new tank, we were eating pizza.My last beef, and maybe the biggest...no manual to explain the house rules, no check out instructions, people to call, etc. Very frustrating! Minimal communication with host. Not impressed with this VRBO host. We felt more like intruders than welcome guests!

Great property, great host

The house has everything you could need for a large group and the host was very responsive. We casually mentioned that we wished for more skillets and the same day a new set of cookware was delivered, along with a case of water and some olive oil. The mattresses were so comfortable my brother stripped the beds looking for the brand so he could buy one. (The mattresses on the bunk beds are not the same as the rest of the house.) The neighborhood was safe, clean and had easy access to shopping, dining and the highway. The neighbors were friendly. There are 4 nice bedrooms upstairs and 2 on the lower level, which requires 3 steps down from the main level. My 89yo father was able to navigate them slowly, and then we figured out he could get to his room by going through the garage, which required no steps. He did have to go up and down those 3 steps to access the kitchen/dining area. We opted not to heat the pool bc it was December/January. During our NYE dip the water was warmer than the air, so it was pleasant. The kitchen is very well stocked, and there is an icemaker in the fridge. Someone left k-cups (as did we) and there were several spices, foil, wraps, etc. in the pantry. We never played billiards, but we did take advantage of the UNO cards and there were a few other games on site as well. Book it. Its worth it.
