Sleeps 10-14 comfortably with 3 bedrooms, 2 bunk beds, add-on sleeping space and 3.5 bathrooms.
Main floor with large living room, separate dining area and Master suite with spacious bathroom. 
The large basement has its own living area, large bathroom with a separate shower, toilet, and vanities configuration for group convenience. 4 sleeping areas including 2 seperate bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and bunk bedroom.

This house is located on the Southwest side of Lake Gaston.
Nearest Boat Launch is Merrymount Boat Launch (2 miles away).
Nearest Grocery (20 min): Food Lion, Littleton, NC 
Nearest Essentials Store:  Dollar General (10 min)
Nearest Gas Station: Pay Jays (10 min)
Nearest Marina: Holly Grove (10 min by boat; 20 min by car) or Poplar Pointe (20 min by boat; 25 min by car) or Eaton Ferry Marina (30-35 min by boat; 20 min by car)

To get you started...
The bathrooms are stocked with courtesy soaps and shampoos designed for quick "off the shelf" use.  Each bathroom has a roll of septic-friendly toilet tissue as a starter. You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.

The kitchens are stocked with one roll of paper towels, one trash bag for the kitchen trashcan, trial-size dish soap, two dishwasher pods and 1 sponge.  You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.

A few more tid-bits...  :)
1.  Trained service animals are welcome!  Otherwise, we have a strict "no pets" policy.  We can help arrange lodging for your pets (as long as they are up to date on shot records which must be provided) at a local boarding facility during your stay, if you'd like; just give us a call...way in advance as they fill up fast!

2.  The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system.  This system is a finely balanced biological system.  Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper.  Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

3.  Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves.  Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boats.(make sure to bring your bumpers!).

4.  Culverts & Bridges:  Be sure to lower your bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts.  Appearances can be deceiving!
