That said, I need to respectfully address several inaccuracies in your review: • The wooden countertop bar is securely installed and was inspected both before and after your stay. There was no damage or looseness reported prior to your visit, and no issues were found afterward. • There is no mold in the master bathroom or anywhere on the property. We maintain a professional cleaning and maintenance schedule, and a recent inspection confirmed the property is free of mold or related issues. • Our units each have separate water heaters, and no prior or subsequent guests have experienced hot water shortages. • There are no odors in the rooms, and any suggestion of a mold smell is unfounded. In contrast, during your stay we unfortunately found several damages, including: • A broken TV remote • Missing bath towels • Broken plates • Stains left on multiple blankets • Excessive trash left throughout the home We typically don’t raise these matters publicly, but given the misleading nature of your review, it’s important to clarify the situation for future guests.
