Dog friendly, community beach, tennis, hot tub, view!

Enjoy our beautiful Sandy Hook Getaway. With 2 bedrooms plus a 3rd kids space with a bunk bed, we can accommodate up to 6 guests.

On the main floor we have a spacious great room with a custom kitchen, water view dining for 6 and a living room area. This area has large windows take in the spectacular west side water & mountain view. There is one bedroom on the main floor with a king bed that has a door to deck, a private bathroom and a walk in closet. There is also a half bath on the main floor. The laundry room is between the kitchen and the garage.

On the lower level there is a large TV room with a sectional sofa and TV on one end and a love seat in front of the propane fireplace on the other end. We have You Tube TV and Netflix set up on the TV and you can log in to other apps with your own accounts. TV. A set of doors leads to the bedroom area where you have the bunk bed and then a separate bedroom with a queen bed. The bedroom has doors to the outside patio and back yard. There is a full bathroom next to the bedroom and bunk area that has a shower/tub combo.

The back yard is fully fenced and we do permit dogs at the house as long as we know when you make your reservation. The hot tub is on the patio in the back yard and is covered by the upstairs deck so still a great spot if the winter weather.

Sandy Hook is a very quiet, residential community. There is a great grassy play area down by the water and you do have access to a small community beach. The beach area is about 1/2 mile from the house and you can wither walk down (and back up the hill!) or drive down and park by the beach.

Please note: Short term renters do not have access to the community pool.
