You have access to the entire home and it is not shared with any other guests. There is a guard gated entry with 24 hour security. Per City of Palm Desert law, the primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID directly to the host prior to check-in. Failure to provide ID will result in immediate cancellation without refund. After verification, your names will be left at the front gate and will be given a parking pass for the duration of your stay. We have fully covered two cars garage and driveway. There is free street parking.

**Before check in, we will send a welcome guide and we require a copy of a government issued ID for the person that made the reservation, the names of all registered guests, and the make/model and license plate number of your vehicle. This is per our HOA contract, and we need to add guests to our security check in gate for entry and exit car pass.

The air conditioner thermostat range should be at 74 degrees or higher for maximum energy during heatwaves. The smart efficiency alerts on thermostat reading under 74 degrees. The thermostat may also be "locked" into a range by the owner. This policy automatically goes into effect whenever the outdoor temperature is forecasted to reach 97°F (36°C) or higher.
