You have access to the main house but the bunkhouse is closed for the winter.

Important Information for Guests with Boats:
Please note the following restrictions and requirements for using the dock:
*Only boats up to an overall length of 22’, which includes stem to stern hull length, motor, and swim platform, are allowed.
*Boats must not exceed an 8.5’ beam and a weight of 4,000 lbs. If your boat exceeds these dimensions, you will not be allowed to dock. Violations of this policy will result in being asked to leave without a refund.
*Boat Insurance: Required for all boats using the dock

Dock: You may use the dedicated dock space as noted in the listing and may utilize the community dock for loading and unloading for no more than 30 minutes.

RVs are strictly not permitted inside the community per housing association regulations.

Paddle boards and kayaks are not included in the rental.

Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!

Please make sure to bring your own beach towels as we only provide bath towels.

Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed.

The exterior water for the outdoor shower is turned off for the season (fall through winter)

Use of any outdoor equipment is at your own risk, and the rental agreement must be signed prior to use.

Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that deck will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding!
