About this space
Introducing a beautifully renovated 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, featuring expansive wrap-around decking. Enjoy 600 feet of private access to the Delaware River, perfect for effortless river excursions, swimming, fishing, hiking, or even hosting a special wedding or event. Just a short stroll from your front door, you’ll discover some of the area’s finest hiking trails, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature!
The space
The property has lots of space for your personal use. There’s an upstairs living room with a comfortable pull out sofa, chairs and a brand new TV. A full sliding glass door wall overlooks the beautiful Delaware River which is a short walk away, down a beautiful little stone path. Besides the numerous other bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a brand new kitchen, there’s a second living room downstairs with games, ping pong, another tv, and an infrared sauna. There’s a patio on the bottom level and a wrap around deck on the top level that includes outdoor furniture and a gas grill - directly hooked up to our gas line (no tanks needed). We recently installed a hot tub that pairs great with an indoor sauna - perfect for the winter months. We also have a full house generator so during a storm, when the power goes out - no need to worry!
The house is managed by Reeves Mountain, a local rental management and cleaning company, which also offers 24/7 concierge services that can be arranged during your stay. Providing anything from adding groceries, flowers, birthday banners, or special items to the home before checking in, or take out delivery during your stay are all options. We can also provide bulky items to make your trip easier: strollers, play pens, dog crates, etc. We aim to fulfill all requests. Additional rates do apply, message for details.
