We stayed in this property from 17-19 July . We were 10 persons including 4 kids . This is a beautiful and peaceful house situated inside bit of forest area. If you go there after dark please take care of markings of pillar to reach there easily. This house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with fully finished basement. Host has provided the foosball table so kids were there only all the times. The backside deck is also very nice with ample space for 4-6 persons to sit . Kitchen had all amenties and clear instructions were provided for trash and how to take the trash to compactor which is near the community office and pool, Our hosts Joanie and Alex were extremely helpful and they were ready to go to extra mile to help us. Community pool had a policy which is to not allowing to use the pool for tenants on last day so that next tenant can use it. But previous day was thunderstorm and rain so we were only having Sunday (the day of checkout). We talked to Joanie and Joanie extended us for one day immediately and send the updated form to community centre so that we can sue the pool. We are very grateful for her to do this.Only one concern we had in the house that the big room with 4 bunker beds are having only one ventilation and AC was not coming properly there . Since all kids slept on bunker beds so it was really warm there and only after 2-3 hours the temp got better for sleeping. Rest everything was excellent and we would like to stay there next time also,
