A 75" TV. ROKU TV provided. Fire place with a Gaming table for either a good game of cards or PC work station! Bedroom #1: The Marshal's Master Retreat ( King Bed )with his Shady Lady Restroom and chill-out glamour tub. Roku TV. Then there's the Chief's Tepee Guest Room #2. (Queen Bed ). The private backyard coral hosts its own grill and private shade and sun! The MAIN HOUSE is 2 BEDROOMS, 2 full baths, private entrances, private backyard patio n Grill, private garage and driveway parking. SLEEPS 4: Configurations: ( 2 couples ) or ( 1 couple and 2 children, sorry cannot accommodate children under 10. ) ( 2 Singles ) ( 1 couple & 1 Single ) THE MAIN House CAN TAKE PETS 'sometimes' up to 2 pets . Pet SIZES are limited & must be non bed sleeping pets, nor chewers please. Breed must be identified. PEOPLE love the SIZE of the MAIN house with the much $maller cost! WALK to RESTAURANTS! See why we have people staying with us year after year - YEHAW! Our guests have become just like family! Monthly stays!

The home is highly sound proofed and well insulated. Avoid the traffic back ups and enjoy the easy free way access to 5 Spring training ball parks the furthest only being 45 mins away, the closest (Goodyear Ball Park and newer Goodyear Recreation Center, a pickle ball fan-within walking distance! ) plus golf resorts and all kinds of local shopping! Great place, very quiet

This was a very nice place to stay, everything about it was great!! The host was just Amazing and communication was outstanding also from the first question way before check in and beyond check out. Thank you so much and would stay here anytime if its available in the future.

Goodyear Western House

All the amenities you could need. Excellent location for baseball, golf, and recreation centre. The hosts were excellent to work with. They are very friendly professional people.They quickly answered any questions or concerns. Although our concerns were very minor they were dealt with in a professional timely manner.

Apparently this happens often!

While building a home, it seems the closing dates are more often like suggestions rather then commitments. The owners left the calendar option open for us, just in case and- sure enough the closing date was delayed. But not by a week or ten days but a whole two months delay! Apparently this happens often with new-builds. Thankful the owners have a first-option to stay, for those building homes or working at the nuclear plant. In this case it made moving to Az a gracious experience rather then a struggle in having to move from place to place due to builder delays. These owners care about their guests peace of mind, plus its a great location and inviting home.

Dream Vacation

We totally enjoyed our stay! Jeff and Emerald Marie were gracious and accommodating hosts. The home was well-equipped and well cared-for. Little things, like sharp knives and fluffy towels, make our stay so pleasant. I would give 6 stars if I could!

Great long term rental

Emerald and Jeff are wonderful hosts and very accomodating. My husband and I are building a new home and we where able to easily extend our stay when our home build was delayed. This is an excellent option for anyone looking for a long term rental of 30 days or longer, very conveniently located and nice neighborhood.

Beautifully updated home!!!!

My wife and I moved to arizona and wanted to rent a place that felt like home. The wild west retreat was perfect and Jeff and emerald were great hosts!

We checked in and checked out Christopher Columbus..

I realize now why people keep their names on the Stylish vacation rental home's calendars year after year. They had an opening and we got to stay in their World Travelers home: Home to Christopher Columbus, Adventurer and conquer - Napoleon. The 3 Wise men and a variety of traveling machines and do-dads decorated our walls. Oh and life sized pirates on the back deck. The price tag was a good 35% less then the otherwise average vacation price tag and the decor and furnishings were well above average. Centerra development's location made our stay an easy in and easy out onto the freeway for when we decided to do a few destination trips. The new wild west pool park for their guests was a wonderful set up especially at night with all the twinkle lights. We enjoyed going to their super bowl party and christmas eve celebration. The only difficult part was getting on their calendar, like I said, returning guests fill them year after year. Here's to becoming a regular!

Love the Bunk House

We've stayed at the Bunk House for the past two years and also upstairs in the other rental. We really felt like it was our home away from home. The large kitchen and living room area is so comfortable and love looking out at the bright back yard. The patio's the perfect place to relax in the evening and lots of fun on the putting green. Marie and Jeff are the perfect landlords and always responded quickly with any concerns or questions. Highly recommend this wonderful rental in Goodyear.

IHeart Media: 3 Years in a row, number 4 is contracted at Goodyear Bunk House

The Goodyear Bunkhouse has been home away from home for IHeart Media staff for both radio & tv news celebrities now for 3 years and the 4th is on the books. Stylish Vacation Rental homes have the best pricing, best location, cool decor and very comfortable space to work from. Sq footage wise its much bigger then it looks and to top it off, the neighbors are even friendly. Just some of the reasons IHeart books with Stylish Vacation Rental homes.
