Mountain Kandy is a 4-bedroom home in Blue Ridge Mountain Club that offers sleeping for up to 10 guests! Some of our favorite features include the dual master suites, a spacious deck on each level, stunning long-range views, a Verizon network extender, and 1 gig of super fast internet! Located just off the Blue Ridge Parkway, between the charming towns of Boone and Blowing Rock, this home presents guests with 50-mile views and a wealth of outdoor activities and attractions!

Please read before booking:
All guests must go to the BRMC's North Gate to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day.
The gate hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm
Saturday: 8am - 4pm
Sunday: 8am - 2pm

Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice:
BRMC is an up and coming community and there are many homes that are currently under construction. Construction noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.

- The Blue Ridge Mountain Club is a up-and-coming community with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. - Please note that the owners of this home use security cameras to monitor the exterior of their home to ensure it remains safe when unoccupied. No cameras are aimed at the bedrooms, doors, or windows. One camera is pointing towards the driveway, one camera is a doorbell camera at the front door and the other camera is outside top floor pointing down at the ground.
- Check in is after 4pm and Check out is by 10am EST
- There is level, paved parking for up to 4-5 small/medium vehicles.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- The trails here are for hiking only. Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's, UTVs, mountain bikes, or dirt bikes.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

Bookings cancelled with a 30+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings cancelled between 15-29 days will receive half of their deposit back. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless your dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
