Salty Breezes is located on the 8th floor of the Navarre Beach Regency. Purchased in 2023,the floor to ceiling renovations are complete and we are excited to welcome guests looking for a beachfront home away from home! Everything in this unit is brand new – appliances, flooring, furniture and all of the amenities!
The Navarre Beach Regency is the hidden gem of the Emerald Coast with its large 1522 square feet units, 9 foot ceilings, wall to wall glass sliding doors and large private balconies. The Regency boasts of 400 feet of beach frontage in this low density 9 story condominium building.
From day one of our renovations our goal was to provide you with everything you will need for a comfortable and relaxing beachfront vacation. Just pack your suitcase and come on down! – we are pretty sure we already have everything else you need. We are providing our rental families with beach service, additional beach chairs, towels, toys and shelling gear for your enjoyment.
Your first step in the front door will have you walking across the brand-new LVP flooring that stretches throughout the unit. In those first steps you can already see the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You will see a beautiful open and welcoming floor plan for your family to be just as comfortable as if you were in your own home.
Your next steps bring you to the completely renovated kitchen. Set your keys down on the beautiful new quartz countertop that is embedded with recycled glass that matches the colors of the Gulf. The kitchen is stocked with all brand new stainless steel appliances including a convenient beverage fridge. The brand new cabinets are stocked with……well, pretty much everything your family will need. There is plenty of useable counterspace for your needs. The counter peninsula was lowered to counter height that includes 4 barstools to allow for family time together during meal and snack prep time. The best part of the kitchen is the view. A mirrored great room wall gives you an expansive view of the water that includes the iconic Navarre Pier.
Connected to the kitchen is a spacious laundry room. Proving that we tried to think of everything, the laundry includes a ceiling fan to help dry your swimsuits. Again, the appliances including the washer, dryer, water heater and HVAC are all brand new. There are plenty of hooks on the wall as well as an adjustable hanging arm conveniently near the washer. The laundry room also includes an iron and ironing board, drying racks and vacuum cleaner.
The kitchen opens into the great room which includes the dining area as well as the family area both providing a great view of the Gulf with the wall to wall – floor to ceiling glass sliding doors. The dining room table comfortably seats 6 with plenty of tabletop space for a family dinner. The family area includes a large comfortable sectional that is more than big enough for 6 adults to kick their feet up on one of the 4 ottomans and relax. Next to the sectional is a deep and comfortable swivel chair to spin around and stare off at the Gulf or to watch the large 75” Smart TV mounted above the well-stocked console.
From the Great Room you can step out onto the absolute best balconies on Navarre Beach. The balcony is 30 feet long by 9 feet deep. The end walls are solid and reach all the way to the railings giving you complete and total privacy from your neighbors. There are two comfortable chaises, two deep seats with ottomans and a side table as well as dinner seating for 4. The dinner table is in two pieces that can be configured so that everyone looks out at the water or pushed together for a traditional style table for meals or games. All of the balcony furniture is durable and sturdy polywood.
The Master Bedroom features a large King bed with a comfortable Black Label Beautyrest hybrid mattress. The MB also includes motorized blinds, blackout curtains, ceiling fan and sliding glass doors to the balcony. There is a desk and chair that work equally as well for a vanity table or private desk if you need to squeeze in some work time away from the family. The large Master Bath is attached and includes a large walk-in shower with a bench and dual shower head as well as a double vanity.
The Guest Bedroom is very spacious and includes two Queen Beds with the same high quality mattresses as the Master Bedroom. The first thing you notice is the custom personalized wallpaper that shows the location of Salty Breezes on a nautical chart of the Emerald Coast. Open the guest bedroom closet and you will find many beach amenities to make your beach vacation comfortable, relaxing, fun and enjoyable. The Guest Bedroom also includes a window overlooking Santa Rosa Sound. For quiet and privacy this window includes plantation shutters and blackout curtains. Accessible from this bedroom and the main hallway is the Guest Bath. This bath includes a double vanity surrounded by shiplap and a separate, private tub and shower with a double shower head.

Community amenities including; heated pool (10/31-3/1), grilling stations, storage for beach gear near boardwalk, stair-free boardwalk, and elevators
***All renters must follow HOA guidelines, and unit rules which are provided upon arrival. Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for any of the following reasons and unused rental monies will not be refunded
*Exceeding Maximum Occupancy of 6 Persons
*Bringing any type of pet into the unit
*Tampering, disabling or damaging any safety device including; front door security camera, fire/smoke/carbon monoxide alarms or sprinkler system
*Smoking/Vaping in or around the unit or the balcony
*Any type of illegal drug use
*Behavior that is disruptive to others or violations of any house rules as defined in the rental agreement
***Rentals are for persons over 25 years of age only. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by the renter throughout the duration of the reservation.
No pets are allowed – this unit is not pet friendly
