10min drive to public transit route/Costco/Walmart/FatCats.

Separate basement unit with separate entrance. You are in someone else's place. Please keep it clean and treat it with respect and care like your own.

Remember that you only pay the nightly rate and the cleaning fee to the suite. Other charges are VRBO's and State's. Please keep that in mind when reviewing the suite for the value category.

Also, do a search to see the suite location from other areas. We go out of our way to ensure every guest is happy, but we can't do anything about our location.

The place is close to gas stations, grocery stores, eateries, recreations, and parks. Cory B. Wride Memorial Park is an amazing one for the whole family and is 7mins from the suite.

This place has a kitchenette for your convenience. There is no kitchen, no washer and dryer. Laundromat is 15mins from the suite. Help yourself to whatever is in the kitchenette area.

We do live upstairs, so expect some noise here and there. We do our best to be quiet, but we are not 100% at it all the time.

This basement suite has furnishings with a separate entrance. We will keep your space at a temperature of your choice upon request. Entrance into the apartment with a smartlock and the gate with a combination lock code. All rooms have AC vents. The mechanical room is located across from room 2; it is pretty quiet, but if you are a light sleeper, you may want to sleep in room 1.

Absolutely no inflatable swimming pool and unauthorized activities. Always ask if you're not sure.

Nursery center - Brand-new Baby playpen/crib with changing table and the bassinet in the hallway closet across from the bathroom. Instructions on operating the nursery center will be texted to those with babies on the reservation. Use at your own risk.

We have a very nice, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. Please enjoy it and make yourself at home. For the safety and health of guests and hosts, smoking of any kind on the premise is not allowed.
