This condo is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom unit located at the Legends Golf Resort in Myrtle Beach and sleeps up to 10 people. There are 2 queen beds in the master bedroom as well as 2 full-size beds and a sleeper sofa in the guest bedroom. We have done lots of updating recently including all new appliances, new wood flooring throughout the unit, new mattresses, 3 HD TVs with Roku, Amazon Echo, Bluetooth stereo, Nintendo Classic, and more.

We provide all linens, towels, dishware and silverware (the kitchen comes fully equipped). Guests will have free access to the swimming pool and tennis courts located directly across the street from the unit. There is a lighted driving range with practice putting green and bunker available as well (buckets of balls are $5). Please inquire about discounts on greens fees at any of the community's three championship courses.

The villa includes a large swimming pool and well-manicured tennis courts just a few short steps from the front door. The Ailsa Pub offers delicious food and drink daily and is a short 5-minute walk from our unit.

Myrtle Beach major attractions (the beachfront, Broadway at the Beach, major shopping areas, etc.) are all within a 10-15 minute driving radius of the property.

Some of our favorite local destinations include Brookgreen Gardens, Surfside Beach, and Rivertown Bistro in nearby Conway.

Parking is free on-site and there are plenty of spots available.

The airport is just 15 minutes by car as well.

Taxi services like Uber will take you anywhere in Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas.
