Experience serene rest in our meticulously designed bedrooms, each offering a private sanctuary of comfort. The Yellowstone House accommodates up to 17 guests, featuring 4 king suites with private bathrooms and a custom-built bunk room equipped with 3 queen beds, 3 twin beds, and a private bathroom with dual shower rooms.

Each bedroom is furnished with new Casper mattresses for a restful night’s sleep and includes a private full bathroom for added luxury. Sliding glass doors in each room provide views of the outdoors and access to a private deck. Enjoy complete rest with blackout curtains or catch up on your favorite shows with the smart TV provided.

The primary bedroom offers a spacious retreat, complete with a cozy couch and a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower with double shower heads and a freestanding bathtub for ultimate relaxation.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, including an 8-burner stove, double oven, two refrigerators, and two bottom freezers. Designed with locally reclaimed barnwood and oak, this kitchen is both beautiful and functional. The island seats 6 at the bar, and the dining table accommodates 10.

The dual pantry and laundry room keep supplies organized and out of sight. This versatile space includes two washers, two dryers, and a separate powder room for added convenience.

The custom bunk room is ideal for families and friends, featuring three queen beds below and three twin beds above, a private bathroom, two showers, a smart TV, and outdoor access. It's the perfect spot for late-night chats and shared adventures.

Located in a secluded paradise, The Yellowstone House offers modern amenities such as internet access throughout, heating, and A/C. Step onto the covered back deck and enjoy the outdoors year-round.

Our expansive circular driveway is designed for easy entry and exit, accommodating trailers and outdoor toys with ease. Whether you're bringing a boat or snowmobiles, parking is hassle-free. For eco-conscious guests, Tesla chargers are available upon request. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to enhance your stay at our tranquil retreat in Island Park, Idaho, approximately 45 minutes from the West Yellowstone entrance.

Enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country ski trails, ice fishing, hot tubbing, sledding, snowmobiling, Yellowstone snowmobiling, tubing. Mesa Falls is amazing in the winter for snowmobiling, and so is Johnny Sack Cabin.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $50 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.
