Hi Rita, Thank you so much for your feedback, we are new to VrBO and very much appreciate it. The Yes Yes house is a modern, bright and airy A-Frame with designer furniture and style and is not for everyone :) I do wish, however, that we could have spoken or connected since I tried to reach out to check in on you a few times to make sure I could answer any questions. In response to your detailed review: 1. There is HVAC in the house - mini splits which cool the house very nicely. There is a printed handbook in the kitchen that explains how to use them. It is important to allow air flow for the full house to be cooled, specifically in the sun room. 2. The upstairs section of the property (the mezzanine), is considered to be one room. Curtains are not needed for the glass doors, since it is all one room and the bathroom serves the mezzanine only and is a private bathroom. 
We do have curtains for the exterior windows. All shown as per the pictures. Indeed, this is a house for people that love light. 3. Twin beds are standard size, require twin bedding and are not ‘cots’. 4. Thank you for the feedback regarding towel rods and hooks, this is easily resolved and will be fixed asap. Mirrors not hanging is a design element but thanks for pointing that out. Thank you.

Hi Marcus, thank you so much for your kind words! The coffee mugs are my husband's favorite, and we get the coffee down at the roasters in West Stockbridge, because nice mugs require good coffee! Glad you appreciated them and so happy to hear you had fun :)
