This super comfortable and spacious Berkshires getaway is located on Main St. in Lee, Massachusetts. The main level has two living rooms, a large & modern kitchen, a full bath with natural lighting, and bedroom with a quality queen-size bed. Up the stairs from the center living room our guests will find a convenient washroom that leads to the expansive, private, and very cozy second bedroom. Garfield house is walking distance to downtown Lee restaurants and convenient to all Berkshire County attractions and activities.

This is a well kept property, in a very convenient location on Main Street in Lee. While we only stayed 2 nights and didn’t use much beyond the coffee maker, the kitchen was well stocked. Check in was seamless and we were able to check in a bit before 4:00. I recommend this property.

We were a group of 6 and picked this house because it was supposed to have one and a half bathrooms but in reality it had one and an extra sink. Also, even though the kitchen was well equiped, the sitting space was comfortable only for two people at the table or four small kids. We weren't able to all sit down together for a meal. The house is ok for 4 people but not six. We had a difficult time sleeping with the noise of a dog pacing and moving things all night long. The heating was good and the place was clean.

Memorial Day weekend family get together

Plenty of room and well-stocked, updated kitchen. The house is right in the center of town, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The host and his daughter were very helpful with restaurant and activity suggestions.

Winter '25 respite

The property was terrific, the town was beautiful after a winter snowfall, and the host was very helpful and accommodating. We had a great time and would recommend highly.

Perfect location, spacious and charming

There were three of us visiting another friend that lived nearby... there was lots of space for us, two sitting areas/living rooms-a great kitchen. Right in the middle of town. And we were able to bring our beloved pup. Highly recommend.

Enjoyable visit

While a little confusing which door to go in overall the visit was very nice. A nice location and a very comfortable place for 4 adults and one dog to enjoy. Marvelous kitchen, very comfortable and Lee Ma is a great place to visit. I would highly recommended this place to stay if you are visiting the Berkshires.

Comfortable accomodations

I have stayed at this property several times and each time and impressed with not only the property but the owner who is accommodating, hospitable and responsive. The unit is quite comfortable and homey. I always enjoy visiting!

Fantastic cozy rental

Jeff was very nice and quick to respond. Rental was clean, welcoming, and very comfortable with all the needed amenities and then some. Stayed with a friend and were both very impressed with the decor and how nice the place was. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, great area.

Very roomy and charming. We didn’t get to stay long as we were in town for an event - we hope to be back. Location allows for walking to anywhere in town. Jeff is accommodating and responsive, ample parking. No issues.

Weekend get away, well stocked home in heart of Lee

Home exactly as advertised. In prefect location in heart of Lee. Host is terrific; kitchen and bathroom having everything you would want and tissues, TP and paper towels are top brands. Host Jeff very responsive to all communications through out entire process.

Cozy home in the perfect town

We enjoyed our stay at the Garfield house...despite the frigid temperatures we found plenty to entertain us! Location Location Location! So much to do in walking distance. Jeff couldn't be more accommodating! He actually stopped by to tell us to make sure we kept the house nice and warm! The house is perfect, with every amenity you could want. We did do a moonlight hike at the Hilltop Orchard in Richmond...I would highly recommend this!

As a couple, this two-bedroom apartment/house gave us plenty of space. The location couldn't be better - a block from the center of town with its shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well-equipped but the lighting could be better. We are people who like to cook and we found the kitchen quite dark with not enough lighting on the counters or near the stove. And, although there were two "living/family rooms" to spend time in, the room with the television had a futon and two chairs. The futon was not really usable if you are a human with normal leg and back configurations. I'd suggest getting a basic couch for that room and replacing the old rocking chair. [Don't mean to make this overall review sound critical because, for the most part, we enjoyed our stay -- just a couple of suggestions to make the location even more enjoyable.]

Loved this place!!!

We loved the apt!! It was clean and had everything we needed!! It’s alway important to have a comfy bed and we slept great!! Also wondering location to cute coffee shops and wonderful restaurants. Jeff was a great host !! Would recommend this to anyone!!

Comfortable and spacious accommodation, within easy reach of the best of the Berkshires. Within walking distance of good restaurants and an easy drive to neighbouring towns. We loved Stockbridge and Great Barrington. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Weekend in Lee

This is our second year enjoying the property and it was amazing. Great restaurants, ice cream place, and cute little town only a short walk away. Looking forward to staying next year as well!!
