Venture into the Safari master suite, or choose the Paris, Flag, or Bon Voyage bedrooms. Bright colors will greet you in the Caribbean sunroom. Huge yard & private patio with lots of seating. WALKABLES - 5-minute stroll to Sprouts grocery, Starbucks, Apple Ridge Café. Walk 2 blocks down the hill to tennis courts, Clear Creek walk/bike trails, gorgeous river side Anderson Park with pool & water slide, Discovery Park with skate park or Crown Hill Park & wildlife sanctuary.

PUBLIC TRANSIT - The light rail Wheat Ridge/Ward station is 3 miles away, park your car in their free lot and venture to downtown Denver for the day. Last stop is Union Station where you can walk to all the popular central downtown locations), or hop on the 38th Avenue bus line #38 (in front of house) which also takes you straight downtown. Once downtown, there is a free mall shuttle to explore further south or the 16th St shopping mall and restaurants.

SURROUNDING LOCATIONS -
• 30-40 minute drive to Denver International Airport, depending on traffic
• 30 minute drive to Boulder, check out Pearl Street and Boulder’s farmers market
• 15 minute drive to Downtown Denver, Red Rocks, the foothills, and Golden, a great city to explore, catering to tourists. Be sure to check out the river walk, and shops on Main St.
• 8 minute drive to Edgewater Sloan Lake area with its public market, walkable shops, breweries, etc., or visit famous Old Towne Arvada
• 1 hour drive to Summit County, Winter Park and mountains for skiing/hiking/biking and exploring, or Colorado Springs and the gorgeous Garden of the Gods

Guest access:
During your stay, you will have the exclusive use of the entire home and fenced in yard, ensuring privacy and comfort.

Other things to note:
PARKING: large, circular driveway with parking for 8 cars

PETS: No more than 3 pets at a time – Large backyard is fully fenced in. Note that you are responsible for cleaning up any poop in the yard.

EVENTS/SMOKING:: Events allowed but plans must be approved by the Host, No smoking indoors. Smoking tobacco, weed, and vaping is only allowed outside.

CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We’re happy to accommodate an early check-in when possible. Early luggage drop off could also be considered.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 10 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time.

NOISE: Please observe outside quiet hours after 9 PM.

DAMAGES & LOSS: Please treat our house with respect as you would your own. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be charged to you as an additional payment. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.
