PLEASE NOTE, this is not a party house. Due to an unpleasant experience, NO ONE under the age of 25 is allowed in this house unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Families are welcome, groups of college students are advised to look elsewhere.

The perfect house nested right before heading into the Rocky Mountains will comfortably sleep 8 guests.

Completely, furnished Luxury beautiful home with all new amenities. Located minutes from Southwest Plaza Mall and C-470.

Nestled at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Denver and it's surrounding areas has something for everyone- nature walks, museums, shopping, skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, fly fishing, river boarding, amusement park, farmers market, outdoor concerts, art festivals and more! Tours are available at the Coors Brewery as well as at numerous historic sites dating from pioneer days.

If you’re in the mood for a day trip to the mountains, this property is just 45 minutes from Blackhawk casinos and 55 miles from Loveland ski resort. Least not forget, Red Rocks Amphitheater, World renowned outdoor concert hall. Catch your favorite band into the sunset!

NO ONE under the age of 25 is allowed in this house unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Families are welcome. Tenant agrees that the premises will not be occupied by minors unless an adult of 25 years of age or older is present. Noise: Tenant agrees the unreasonable noise or disturbance may result in eviction. No Shoes allowed inside the house. On check out day, 11am, please put all towels and bedsheets in the living room. Smoking: Tobacco and MARIJUANA smoke or use is prohibited and strictly enforced. A $500 cleaning fee will be accessed. Smoking is only allowed outside and Marijuana by state law is only allowed in secured areas (backyard). Care of the Premises: Tenant agrees to promptly notify Owner of any necessary repair. Tenant agrees to return premises to Owner, on expiration of this lease, in good condition. The Tenant agrees to notify the Owner of any and all damages, and agrees to pay for any breakage or damage done by the Tenant and/or his/her guests to the property, furnishings and equipment. Right of Entry: Owners (or a representative appointed by Owners) reserve the right to enter the premises at reasonable hours of the day for the purpose of inspection, whenever necessary to make repairs and alterations to the premises, or to show to workmen or contractors, with advance notification to Tenant whenever possible. Vehicles/Parking: Maximum of 3 cars and 2 must be inside the garage at all times. Overnight street parking is prohibited.

We were in town for a wedding and this house was the perfect gathering place for family and friends. The house is really beautiful and spacious and close to Red Rocks and many other fun destinations in the Denver area. The backyard and firepit were especially lovely. Jorge made it easy for us to check in and out. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to enjoy your stay in Denver in style!

My (extended) family stayed for 5 nights and the house was perfect for our needs. We flew into Denver for a wedding near the house. There are plenty of shops and food within easy driving distance. Our furthest excursion was Garden of the Gods which was about an hour away.The 3.5 bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. We utilized the kitchen, both living rooms, laundry, and the outdoor patio. The kitchen was well stocked so we didn’t have to run the dishwasher after every meal. The host was very communicative leading up to the trip and when I reached out while we were there.I would recommend packing slippers with grips for the hardwood flooring. And ear plugs if you’re not all on the same sleep schedule. Neighborhood was very quiet - just some squeaky floors and not much carpet to absorb sound. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in Littleton at this rental property. The location worked perfect for our concert at Red Rocks. I think we were home in less than 20 minutes leaving the parking lot. The check in process worked well. The bedrooms were great. The home is located in a very quiet suburban neighborhood. We would consider staying there again when traveling to another concert.We also highly recommended eating at Angelo’s/Carboy restaurant for dinner and Lake House for lunch.

Littleton stay

This home is just what we needed. We were in town for my son’s wedding. We were able to sleep 8 of us easily. The home was roomy and very well equipped, kitchen wise. The backyard was perfect for my two little grandchildren. We happened to pick a very hot week, and we did need to buy 3 small fans for the bedrooms upstairs. The AC couldn’t handle 96 degree heat. The host communicated quickly with my questions. The location was perfect for us,

6/10 Average At Best We were really looking forward to our stay based on the listing photos, but unfortunately, the reality didn’t match up. What appeared clean, bright, and well-kept online was the opposite. The front lawn was overgrown when we arrived, giving the entire place an unkempt feel right from the start - although, after we reached out, it was eventually partially cut, two days after we arrived. I am simply blown away at some of the reviews claiming the house was exactly as listed - something must have changed from then until now. Inside, it seemed like somebody was living there Tuesday, rushed through a basic clean, and gave it to us on Wednesday before finishing. The dryer still had sheets in it. Surfaces were dusty, the top of the fridge hadn’t been dusted/cleaned in what looked like years, very long spider webs on the window above the front door, floors needed a good cleaning (our feet were dirty from walking in the house), window curtains were damaged, there was a broken window, window shades were inoperable (specifically in a bedroom, which is unacceptable). To make matters worse, there weren’t enough towels provided for our group, which is just basic hospitality. Some of the towels had blue stains on them and pillow cases had black stains on them. Nothing in the back yard was setup (far different than the photos). All furniture was pushed to the side. One of the grills was falling ap

Perfect place to stay with family

My family of six stayed there for a nearby wedding. It is in a lovely location and close to everything (Historic Littleton for places to eat, Ken Caryl Wedding Venue, Target, etc.). The house was very roomy and had lots of space for people to have their own downtime. Please note that two bedrooms upstairs share a Jack/Jill bathroom which was a bit more complicated due to gender. I believe the only thing I would recommend is more bath linens (Hand, body, wash, shower mat). They were very limited for 6 people. Other than that, we had an amazing time at this house and glad to have stayed there. Thank you!

Convenient location and great floor plan

Wonderful location for anything in the Denver and Rocky Mountain area. We were there for a concert at Red Rock. The home is very spacious with four bedrooms upstairs and four total bathrooms. Open floorplan downstairs is great for gatherings and comfortable preparation of meals. Communication with the host was flawless. Responded readily with any questions I had with politeness and kindness.

This Littleton VRBO was anything but little.

This luxury VRBO was everything it claimed to be. Spacious, clean, and a great location for going to the Red Rocks. We would certainly stay here again.

Perfect for our vacation

This property was perfect for our needs! The interior was spacious. I liked that there were three and a half bathrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had lots of room to spread out. The property could use a little TLC, but this did not negatively impact our stay at all. The location was perfect and very close to family that we were visiting in Littleton. It was just what we were looking for!
