Here you'll find a Smart TV, a sleeper sofa, and sliding glass doors leading to the private patio. This lovely outdoor area overlooks the golf course and includes a dining table and propane grill—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

A convenient powder room is also located on the main level.

Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, serene golf course views, and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes two full-sized beds, a flat-screen TV, and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The Greens are nestled along the rolling fairways of Shipyard, just a short walk from the beach, the newly renovated private on-site pool, golf, and tennis facilities. Please note: all beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
