Inside, you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a flexible den sleeping space, a stocked kitchen, family extras like a pack n play and highchair, a whole-house generator and filtered and softened well water for added peace of mind.

Set at the end of a quiet lane on a private acre, 4 Bears gives you the peaceful feel, while keeping you close to town, shopping, and the best of the Soldotna area.

After a day of fishing, exploring, or moose spotting, kick back and enjoy the 75-inch Roku TV with attached HDMI for your gaming. Stream your favorite shows and movies using your personal accounts. An electric fireplace, comfy seating, and space to gather for movies or games.

The kitchen is fully stocked for real meals, with a five-burner gas stove, dishwasher, air fryer, cookware, spices, coffee, tea, cocoa, and a fridge with filtered water and ice.

The layout works beautifully for groups. You'll have three private bedrooms, including a king suite with an ensuite bath, plus a flexible den with a full bed and its own door for added privacy. A twin-size rollaway bed is also available, making it easy to accommodate an extra child or teen.

Two full bathrooms, fluffy towels, blackout shades, portable fans, and in-home washer and dryer make longer stays especially comfortable.

The heated garage includes space for gear, fishing pole racks, and the chest freezer, while the backyard invites everyone to slow down with outdoor furniture, a chiminea, and evenings around the fire pit.

For your comfort (and to keep the home fresh), we kindly ask that you do not clean fish inside the home or anywhere on the property. There are many fish cleaning stations along the river.
