Unwind in this newly constructed luxury ocean view villa. This beautiful home is

nestled in the mountains and located less than 10 minutes form the prestigious southern

zone beaches. Casa Amigos delivers the ultimate in tropical elegance, offering a luxury

experience set in unparalleled natural beauty.



The villa features 4 expansive ocean view bedrooms, each with a KING SIZE BED and its own en-suite bathroom for added privacy. Guests can enjoy the built-in infinity pool Jacuzzi, as well as two bathtubs in two of the master bedrooms.



The villa is situated with beautiful views of Dominicalito Bay and the Pacific

Ocean, its double negative edge pool and spa perfectly aligned to take in the Coastā€™s

picturesque sunsets. The contemporary design, featuring abundant glass, steel, and

wood, was constructed to accentuate the ocean-meets-jungle setting. While safety is a

priority, the home is not recommended for groups with children under age 10.



Construction on Casa Amigos was completed in 2022.

Downstairs you can enjoy an open concept living space offering indoor/outdoor living at

its finest. There are breathtaking ocean and jungle views from every room in the home.

The upstairs offers a separate living space with a wet bar.

From the infinity pool you can enjoy epic jungle and white-water ocean views.

The sunsets from this villa are magnificent and unlike anything youā€™ve ever experienced.



Please note this property is only accessible with a vehicle equipped with four-

wheel drive.

Magnificent Views and home!

This was even nicer than the pictures in the listing. Beautiful property and pool that was fully furnished with everything you needed. The views of the Pacific Ocean and sunsets were magnificent! All four bedrooms were like master suites. Would highly recommend this home and would love to stay there again.

A stunning property with amazing views of the coastline down below. Built on a mountainside that lets you take in the jungle and coastal views. The rooms, swimming pool, living area are all conducive to a 5 star vacation. The house host and supporting team for booking nearby excursions was an added bonus. Simply put staying here and having the support of the Josie team will make your Costs Rica experience next level.

Beautiful property

The house was great. Needs a large frying pan! Cleaning lady and grounds crew were fantastic, check in crew and management donā€™t seem to care weather you are there are not. Something you will have to find for yourself is the waterfall located on the right about 1/3 of the way up the hill. One of the best local falls in the area.

Whoever designed this house did so with me in mind. Every bedroom has unobstructed views of the ocean. Every amenity and home luxury was thought of. The added living room upstairs was a HUGE plus to keep the kids in their space while my wife and I had our space in the main living room downstairs. Very close to the beach and great restaurants. The house manager was attentive and provided great recommendations.

I thought the house was perfect. I'm even more excited to find out there is a closer option for an airport if I can get the wife to pack lighter;) only issue we had as getting the hottub to heat. After a few attempts and even after pool guys came to look at it it still didn't work. My buddy then spoke with someone on our group chat and figured the issue out in the advanced settings and it worked great. Loved the place and will try and rebook in the future.
